8 middle aged guys for a golf weekend, had a blast, for what we paid, we got tremendous value

Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was good, except for a few things, such as the air conditioner going out and the springs in the mattress in one of the guest rooms poking out, causing my relative and her grandbaby to have scratches on their bodies and uncomfortable sleep.

There was minor issue with us finding a small snake in the theater and sadly when pest control arrived they were not able to locate the snake. However, the property manager did her best to make us feel comfortable and compensated us for not being able to use the theater. The customer service was amazing and I would 100% book again. Thank you BSV team for everything.

Multi-family trip, ages 1-75. Cons Beds extremely uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Even had to move one adult and put a child in their bed as it was so uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture needs cushions. Couldn’t lay on loungers. Not enough seating in living room All recliners in theatre room are broken and don’t recline Ice maker was broken (they did bring us a bag of ice when we asked about it) Pros Pool temperature was great Lots of towels Beautiful kitchen island and everything you needed in a kitchen was there Pool toys available Resort offered free arcade, splash pad, and lazy river which kids loved No backyard neighbours Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience! Plenty of room and close to the parks. Very good communication with Blue Sky Villas. Only disappointment was that the clubhouse pool was closed the one day we planned on a big pool day with the little kids! Best part of the house was the pool!

It was spacious and clean, and the large dining area made for a great meeting space for us. The resort area was great for relaxing in our free time, and having the private pool at the house was perfect for the evenings. This is our new go to!

There were a few things that I had issues with and addressed them with the property management of which they handled in a timely manner. I know they will read this so I hope they will take actions to my suggestion and I don't read my concerns from other renters in the future. I would highly recommend this place and if I can offer renters advice, please check out the house on your first day and report anything that is not working or broke. One big thing is confirm you have heat in the pool (if you purchased it) and make sure the jets in the jacuzzi works. Just check the house out on day 1.I loved this home and I would rent again. My guest enjoyed their stay during my first annual women's wellness retreat.

Our family booked this property to see each other after a long time and this property made our vacation very memorable! We loved the movie room for our family movie nights and it was so great to have our own pool. We would love to come back.
