Stayed Jun 5, 2025This was a great start to the summer. A family from Maryland came down to visit with their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. It was a perfect house to stay in, with enough space to fit everyone comfortably.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented two other properties near this house. One house in the same resort and another in a nearby resort. This house was the least maintained of the 3. It provided everything described (i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms, pool), but it was poorly maintained. For example, in the living room photo with the blue wall, what isn't pictured is the large area of the ceiling that is split from what I can only suspect was water damage. The lanai around the pool was covered in cobwebs and bugs, there was a piece missing on the screen door and holes around the bottom, there were cigarette butts around the pool and the decorative pillows were covered in mold and mildew (the pools adjacent to us were not as poorly maintained). The sofas look nice, but are so broken down as to be useless and two of the upstairs beds, which we fortunately didn't need, were boxsprings on boxsprings. I know this can vary and we were there over spring break, but the other houses partied loudly late into the night and the family in the house right next basically smoked pot all day in the hot tub area. Not exactly a family environment.This time it was just our family and so we stayed and didn't complain, but we'll never choose this location again. If friends were with us, like last year, I would have been mortified.And to add insult to injury, the clubhouse is now selling basketballs and volleyballs instead of placing a deposit and they sell floats for the lazy river. At our resort last year, floats were included and sports equipment only required a deposit. On a positive note, the security guards at the gate were very friendly and the check-in/check-out process was good.
