Keyless entry to the home for easy access Important Notes • Please respect quiet hours • You may encounter wildlife – secure all food and trash • No pets, smoking, or parties – $1,000 fine for rule violations • Due to updated county regulations, firewood is no longer permitted on the property. • Travel insurance is recommended • Security cameras installed at the entrance of the property to ensure safety (none inside the house) • Please be carefull using deck and stairs in winters, they might become slippery. • Please use appropriate footwear anytime you are outside the house.
