Private Yard & Pool: Stunning Cape Coral Getaway!

We had such a nice stay at this home. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager Dwayne was very nice and responsive to any questions we had. We loved hanging out on the patio and pool. We would love to return here!

The house was nothing like the pics at all, rented a yellow house found a gray house, it actually has black mold in the second bathroom. My son is a kidney transplant recipient so we were lucky enough to have friends near by that he could stay with. He can’t be exposed to mold. The pool was extremely cloudy and remained that way they did clear it Sunday but the slime and sand on the bottom made it unusable. From the grease over the stove (hanging down) to the filthy doors and handles to the stains, filthy curtain and mold in the second bathroom it was one misrepresentation and lie after another. I have many pics and documenting email from Evolve. The house had a for sale sign in the front yard and a lock box on the front door. I have rented in Florida from VRBO at least three other times, with no issues, we always leave a house better than we find it. I will never do anything again that has anything to do with Evolve. They admitted the pics in the ad were over two years old. The home owner owes me a full refund, to be clear they offered to relocate then reneged and issued a partial refund. Any help being getting my money back would be greatly appreciated. Again I have lots of pictures, texts and email. Thanks

This was a nice house and the pool was excellent but the cleaning crew didn’t do the homeowner any favors. There were spider webs in windows and tub. Tub floor was stained and looked like someone bled all over it. It wasn’t terrible but it was obvious that the cleaning and maintenance crew did not pay attention to detail. If I had someone cleaning and maintaining my house and they did that lousy of a job they would be fired. Light bulbs over kitchen table had different bulbs, some bright some yellow. There were lights in soffit above kitchen counters and they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, full of grease. Just thought for what you pay it should’ve been better maintained.

The house was beautiful and everything we needed was there. Would stay again.

We enjoyed this house so much last year we came back for a 2nd stay. It’s so comfortable it feels like home! Hope to make it a tradition.

This Cape Coral house was awesome! Check in, communication, and everything else about our stay was perfect. The house was clean and stylish which made it really enjoyable for our whole group. We will definitely plan to come back for our next trip!
