Unbelievable home, top of the line finishes. Great space for 4 couples.

Beautiful home and grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and visiting vineyards around the area. My adult kids had a wonderful time! Note : the shed structure contains the additional bedroom and there is no bathroom out there. It is also slight more rustic.

Location and Villa= Amazing Tuscan hideaway!! Photos are great, but in person even better!! Our host Dan was immediately available for any questions, etc.. Beds and furnishings and kitchen all well stocked. Outdoor experience is the most enjoyable of all!! The grounds are beautiful and privacy is even better.. Ppo, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen , etc… nothing else needed!! So happy to return down the road!! Thank you!!

Wonderful stay at this paradise setting. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are too. The backyard is so lovely we could spend all day there. The dining space outside is perfect. The kitchen was ready to jump in and be a top chef. If you want to feel like your in France or Italy head here!

Rented this house for a college reunion trip and we all really enjoyed it! The small issues we noted were remedied immediately, and property management were friendly and easy to deal with. The interior was modern and cozy, making everyone feel at home.

Our group had a wonderful time! It was hard to keep us on track of our winery itinerary, it’s hard to leave the pool and hot tub. Luckily there are dozens of wineries within 10-15 minutes. The pizza oven is fun and we only completely ruined 2 before we got the hang of it. The blinds in the master bedroom need to be fixed but other than that we had a fabulous time and plan to come back .

We previously stayed at this property in February 2016. It was just as we remembered and better because we could enjoy the warmer outdoor weather with the pool this time. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. There was plenty of space for our little group to spread out when we wanted. Our favorite features are the outdoor cooking facilities - gas BBQ is terrific and so powerful. We enjoyed steak and grilled veggies one night and grilled oysters and fresh fish another night. The wood fired pizza oven is a highlight of our weekend and we specifically planned a meal around it this time, with everyone topping their own individual pizzas! There are some aspects that have become very worn (like the kitchen sink faucets), but handled gently, everything worked well and was clean. We do understand that a remodel is planned in future and hope that nightly pricing doesn't increase too much from that! A note on the bedding, I can't speak as well for the other 2 bedrooms, but the master bedroom bed mattress is heavenly and our friends report that the other two beds were very comfortable.

We used this property as home base for visiting Healdsburg during our sons wedding weekend. Adult kids and spouses stayed with us. The house was clean, well appointed, and on par for a nice VRBO stay. What really distinguishes the property is the grounds. Wonderful set-up with pool, hot tub, fire pit etc. Lots of space for people to relax and enjoy being outside (we had pretty perfect weather). Healdsburg and wineries were easy to get to. Highly reccomend.

A perfect home for a family vacation. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and the property has all the amenities of a resort. The grandchildren enjoyed early morning swims in the heated pool, the adults relaxed with the hot tub, Ping-Pong, pinball, and other amusements, and the whole family took advantage of outdoor dining, the fire pit, and the pizza oven! Inside, all systems worked well, the furnishings were comfortable, and the owners’ instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this home!
