In the summer, jump off the dock, paddle a canoe or kayak, go fishing, or relax with a book by the water on private Beaver Pond. Or use the Moose Pond public boat launch 3 minutes down the road. And it's only a 5 minute ride to the center of Bridgton for a movie or meal anytime of the year.

During the winter, wake up and be at Plesant Mountain ( Shawnee Peak ) for skiing or riding in less than 5 minutes. Go snow-shoeing or cross-country skiing on the snow-covered pond in back or on Moose Pond or the nearby trails. Or hit the snowmobile trails on and around Moose Pond and easily connect to the Maine state-wide trail system.
