Private tropical oasis in sunny South, Florida!!

Thankfully the pics did not at all decieve! It is like a margaritaville home! Lovely decor, so clean, full of supplies for laundry, paper products. Nice towels ( I am particular on that lol), bedding etc. the beds are very comfy as are the pillows. Everything nice and fresh looks brand new. Very warm and inviting. Perfect for two couples or small family. Safe neighborhood, easy to get to shopping etc. Not far to the beach at all. Good communication and very accommodating hosts. Normally we never would rent the same house just because I like change but this is the first one I would truly reconsider renting again which says a lot. The pool was perfectly heated upon arrival without even asking and so appreciated and we literally used it every day. Plenty of parking and a immaculate garage. Plus beach stuff which we did not use but maybe important to you! Don’t hesitate if your like me researching to the point of going crazy this is a charmer!

The house was wonderful-exactly as advertised. It was very clean, well stocked and perfect size for us. The pool and outdoor area were great. We had one small incident with a lock and Annie took care of it immediately. Everything about our trip was positive!

We were first blown away by how clean and well kept everything was. The house is well decorated and perfectly set up for a family to be together yet have their own space. The outdoor patio, indoor bar and 2 seating areas this house serves us well. There are endless pool toys for the kids to enjoy as well. Property manager was amazing and easy to communicate with. I will definitely stay there again.

My family and I stayed at this property for two months earlier this year. It was well-appointed and exactly what we needed. My husband and I grew up in the area, and this is one of the best locations for easy beach access and proximity to anywhere else you’d want to go in Broward or Palm Beach. Annie (the property manager) was wonderful and easy to communicate with. There were a few repairs the house had to undergo while we were there and she was accessible and on top of everything. We would for sure stay here again.

Way above what was expected. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and was stocked with so many items that most lasted our 2 month stay! Very thoughtful beach accessories ie. chairs, umbrellas, coolers, blankets, along with toys like golf clubs, badminton, pool rafts. The decor is very beach and you really feel like you’re on vacation. The furniture is new and very comfy especially the mattresses. We had excellent communication with the property manager and any issues were immediately taken care of. I really couldn’t recommend it more highly!

This house was not only beautiful, but clean and well maintained to perfection. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one by far was the best. The owners thought of everything and the property manager was attentive and very communicative. We literally did not have to leave the house to keep ourselves entertained. We absolutely loved this property.
