Location was great and house was very clean and beautiful. My kids loved the pool! We are already planning on going back next year. Don was great with responding quickly to any questions we had.

We loved the neighborhood! It was nice and quite. Close to people we knew in the area. The pool was warm! The house felt like home.

The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We used the lanai and heated pool daily. It is located in a quiet residential area, but was within a few miles of a variety of restaurants and food stores. Don was very responsive to any questions we had.

Very well equipped, we had everything we needed , only complaint was the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced

VRBO was as advertised. Very nice neighborhood and good location for day trips to Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers Beach area. We all enjoyed the pool, especially the 2 grandkids. Don our host was excellent. Would return again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It had all the amenities one could ask for and was very comfortable. The pool was heated and ready for our arrival. We were very happy with everything and will be returning customers.

This hone was equipped beyond well as a fully functioning home. It was incredibly clean and very safe location. Beautiful decor and felt like home for us all actually! Don is professional and very quick to respond although we had not one issue so needed no assistance the entire stay,,, we will not only recommend but will stay here and only here if we have another get together! !

We had an incredible fall vacation at this beautiful 3-bedroom house in Cape Coral. The location is perfect, conveniently close to Matlacha Island and Pine Island—two of Florida’s best-kept secrets! These charming islands are full of local culture, natural beauty, and quaint shops, and it's so easy to explore them from here. The house itself was perfect for our getaway. The pool was a refreshing escape, and we spent hours relaxing by it every day. The kitchen is stunning and well-equipped—ideal for preparing meals or just enjoying your morning coffee. One thing we absolutely loved was how comfortable the beds were. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, this is definitely the place for you. The house is cozy, modern, and full of little details that made our stay feel special. We also made trips to several gorgeous beaches nearby, which were all easy to reach. This house offered the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great Florida vacation!

As a family we visit cape coral yearly. This is the second time we have stayed and loved it again. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. We will be looking at this property again next year

The house was perfect through tropical storm Debby. It had enough comfortable space for the family to visit as we watched the rain. The pool was very clean and relaxing, the outdoor shower was a bonus! Location was perfect for Fort Meyers, Sanibel , Captiva

This home was perfect for our July home-away-from-home. The home had everything we needed for a fun-filled, stress free time together. It was super clean, which made us feel comfortable. Great location to our favorite restaurants and parks. Highly recommend if looking for a 3-BR in SW Cape Coral.
