Pros: location, back yard, easy check in and out, laundry onsite, beds, starter packCons: toilet runs, shower curtain six inches too short so water goes everywhere, bathroom towel bars fell apart, holes in walls never filled, kitchen is very dated with rusty appliances including rust in the microwave, hot tub gave everyone foliculitus and was visibly dirty. We did shower immediately upon exiting the pool but it didn't matter. I would not stay at this property again. Other than check in instructions, management company did not communicate at all, including checking in to see how things were going.

We did not meet anyone upon arrival but were given the door code and everything worked well. The home was spotless and as pictured on vrbo inside the home. We encountered some water issues that were resolved after a couple days. This was our biggest inconvenience. Unfortunately, the backyard issues were not addressed as quickly. The swimspa was not preheated as requested and took two days to get warm. The backyard lights were not functioning and limited the usage to daytime hours. The beautiful pictures of the backyard on VRBO were not reflected with the lighting or the swimspa cover. This was our biggest disappointment. With all this said...a big thank you to Alicia, her husband and her cleaning team for making the house spotlessly inviting. Alicia and Jon rectifyed the water issue as quickly as possible and tried to remedy the lighting issues and were partially successful. They were a delight to work with to resolve what they could. The management company, after discussion, did refund some of our money, which was apprecuated. My only advice is for future tenants, double check about timing of the pool heating schedule, ask if the house water has been checked for the sulpher smell and if the outside lights are operating properly as pictured on VRBO.

The house is well located in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to Publix and several shopping centers.The house was comfortable and spacious for our family. We were 6 adults and 2 children. One more chair in the living room would have been perfect. Beds were comfortable.In general it was clean. Sheets and towels were clean, but the rugs looked they needed a deep wash. We rolled up the one in the living room because it had lots of stains and it was dirty. We didn’t want our toddler crawling over it.The backyard was comfortable, and the children loved the little pool with all its features.The kitchen had everything we needed.Check in and communication with management was efficient.We love Siesta Key and always have a wonderful time.

Check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 5pm to find our code was not working. Communication was a little slow for check in day, won’t go into details. Overall the property was really clean and the property manager did everything they could to resolve issues as found. Would stay there again.

What an amazing property, the lay out of this home is perfect for a 4 people family. Specially when you have young adults and teenagers. Every one has their own space an privacy. Fully equipped and updated . Communication with host is amazing too besides the fact that there so much to do in Sarasota and the location allows you the in many amazing places in a matter of minutes. We had an amazing week!!

The home and property, inside and out, was exactly as advertised. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and accomodating. Check in process was super easy and they were even able let me to modify the reservation and check in a day early with very little notice, can't complain about being able to extend you vacation at the last minute! I would highly recommend and definitely go again if we visit this area in the future!

Stayed at this property with my daughters (18, 15 & 11) the property was better than expected and the backyard is truly beautiful! The neighborhood was a 10 min drive to the beach, 2 min drive to Publix and very safe. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the host graciously had beach towels and chairs available. I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the place. Hot tub was greasy around the top and water temp was restricted too low. Overall was a good place for the price.

The property was everything they advertised. The home was clean, some furnishings could use an upgrade but we had everything we needed. The small pool out back was great. Nice backyard to relax in.

What a disaster! If you’re interested in working with a company that ruins vacations, you’ve found the right one! They took our money upon booking but never followed through with any check-in information. Numerous calls and messages through VRBO (both from me and VRBO themselves) got us nowhere. It wasn’t until we spent a significant portion of our short stay in Florida tracking down their main office (which was empty) and called the emergency number on the front door did someone with a rather short attitude pick up - asking us what we wanted and why were we calling them. After explaining the issue (no check-in notification(s)), they tried to dismiss us, stating they sent that to us weeks ago-which was a lie as we booked a day or so earlier. Check-in was at 4 pm, and we had nowhere else to stay. When we finally received the check-in details, the house was not ready. We didn’t have a somewhat clean property until 6 pm that night (cigarette butts on the porch, the pool was dirty, various damage). The cleaning company did what they could, but the property management company failed to take the appropriate steps to ensure the active VRBO listing was ready. They offered to pay for dinner while the cleaning company finished, but we had our dog and were exhausted after a day in the sun. I couldn't imagine going through this with kids or as a multi-family vaca.This is a fair warning to anyone coming in from out of town: stay away from Mobi Beach Rentals and their 14 properties.

The property was very clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the backyard very much especially the large spa and fire pit. There was plenty of room for me and my older teenage children. I did reach out on the vrbo app during our stay with a question about when to take the trash out and did not receive a response. Not sure if the management company doesn’t use the vrbo app? Otherwise everything about our stay was very nice!
