Stayed Oct 22, 2024We chose this property due to the location and having a designated garage for our SUV, so that was great to have. The rooftop was wonderful as we had great weather; however, the boards on the rooftop do need to replaced as they are very rough and can cause splinters. Additionally, the queen size bedroom needs an additional bedside table next to it, and the bathroom needs a designated hairdryer. The shower appears to have significant peeling paint by the so there could very well be some water leakage somewhere. Otherwise, we enjoyed our three nights stay at the property and was very close to attractions, restaurants and Beale Street.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024Easy check in and very good communication with host. There are some small items that need to be addressed; need new towels real thin and paint pealing in the 2nd bedroom up stairs.

The location, the private garage, the views, the style, the rooftop deck, the pool table, the perfect soaking tub in the primary… There was something for everyone and it made our visit complete! If you’re planning a trip to Memphis, don’t miss out on this place. You are within walking distance of both Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken and The Green Beetle, two dining experiences you do not want to pass on.
