The space
Step into your own fully private basement suite — no shared spaces, nointerruptions. This cozy, modern retreat is designed with your comfort in mind from the moment you arrive.

Bedroom - Sink into a luxurious King-sized bed dressed in fresh, clean linens. The room features soft carpet flooring for a quiet, cozy feel, plus a beautiful dark wood dresser and full closet so you can actually unpack and settle in.

Bathroom - Your private ensuite bathroom includes a full bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel or exploring the city.

Living Area - A comfortable sofa bed (futon) gives a 3rd guest their own sleeping space, or doubles as a relaxing spot to lounge and watch TV.

Kitchen - A mini kitchen with microwave, mini fridge, and utensils covers all your snacking and light meal needs. Please note there is no stove.

Tech & Comfort - Fast WiFi, a Smart TV (You'll have to use your own Netflix/ any other streaming service account), and air conditioning keep you comfortable and connected year-round.

Parking - Free dedicated parking on premises — Guests can park one car on the left side of the driveway.

Check-in - Self check-in via smartlock means no waiting around. Arrive, put the code, and make yourself at home.

Guest access
1. Bedding & Linens
Please keep the bed for sleeping only — no eating in bed. We also ask that you remove makeup before hitting the pillow. Stained or damaged linens may result in a replacement fee.

2. No Smoking or Drugs
This is a 100% smoke and drug-free space, inside and out. We appreciate your respect for this rule to keep the suite fresh and welcoming for every guest.

3. Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. Whether you're a night owl or an early riser, let's be considerate of the neighbourhood and those around us.

4. Shoes Off at the Door
We kindly ask that you leave your shoes at the entrance since the area is completely carpeted inside. A pair of slippers is waiting for you just behind the door — help yourself!

5. No Parties or Extra Guests
The suite is booked for registered guests only. Parties, gatherings, and unregistered overnight visitors are not allowed. We want to keep this a calm, secure space for everyone.

6. Check-in & Check-out
Check-out is by 11 AM and check-in begins at 3 PM.

7. Self Check-in
Getting in is easy — we use a smartlock for self check-in. Full instructions will be sent to you before your arrival. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any help getting settled.



Please note: One room on the premises is privately locked and not part of this listing — it is not accessible to guests. Additionally, there is a utility room on the premises which is off-limits; please do not open it.
