My 7 grandchildren loved all of the amenities.There were 15 of us staying at this lovely property. The pool was clean and there were many pool toys available. The video games were a hit as well. We rented the boat and found we were in a great location on the lake, close to the marina and a small island that my grandchildren named Clay Island. It had a sandy shore and a lot of clay that they used to build castles on the shore. There were about a dozen ducks that entertained us for the weekend. The firepit was fun for making smores. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Linens were comfortable and plentiful. There was plenty of space to spread out. I always rent a property with bunk beds but this is the first one I have rented with such large bunk beds. TV's were everywhere and we could watch multiple football games. I thought there was a light bulb burned out in the half bath and the owner was very responsive. Turned out I had not located the correct light switch. I would highly recommend this property for a large group or family.

The house was perfect. The adults had 3 bedrooms on the main floor with the den and kitchen looking out to the pool. The kids stayed in the lower level with the large bunkbed room and another bedroom and a game room! Plenty of bathrooms! Boat rental for our entire time and able to keep it docked at the house was an added plus!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Lake Martin lake house! It was truly the perfect fit for our large family of 14 — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and full of everything we needed to relax and reconnect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was created with comfort and gatherings in mind. There were stunning views of the lake from the main areas of the house! All of the beds (even the bunk room) were extremely comfortable.The private dock and pool swimming were terrific. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and the layout allowed for both quiet downtime and lively family fun. Easy access to grocery stores, etc made life easy.Communication with the property managers was fantastic from start to finish. They were prompt, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay.This lake house gave us lasting memories. Highly recommend it to any large group or family looking for a special place on Lake Martin!

Pool was awesome and quite large for a rental. Owner was very responsive. Had dishwasher issues on first day. It was replaced on second day. Any question was responded back within the hour.

Loved the large yard and pool. Nice to have access to boat rental.

Property was perfect. Location spectacular with space and privacy. Owners responded to any concerns immediately. With about a dozen people young to old, there was something for everyone to do. My husband’s favorite part was the boat rental. We will be back if ever in the area again.

The property suited my family (3 children and their families). The ability to rent a boat for the fishing kids and adults was great! The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for the non-fishing contingent! The large grassy, open area leading to the dock was perfect for a big frisbee game! Fishing off the dock or the wall was fun for the kids without taking the boat out .. almost everyone caught a fish of some sort!! The pool table and game room were instant hits with the kids! Thankfully, we had plenty of dining area for the 14 in our group! Upon our arrival, we did experience an immediate shortage of glasses/eating utensils for the number of folks that we had but the owners quickly resolved the situation. We had a lovely time though it was too short!!

12 friends got together to hangout for the weekend and this place was perfect!!

Our family enjoyed our extended weekend stay at this lovely home. The property provides lots of unique living areas to relax and play. The bunk room was amazing for our granddaughters who were super excited when we arrived.

Our family of 16 stayed at this house and it was perfect! Owners communicated amazing with us prior to and during our visit when necessary. Will go back for sure!

What can I say, everything was an amazing experience. We traveled with family from Dallas, Tampa , Lafayette La and Dothan Al. The property was exactly as advertised. All of our interactions with the host were amazing. We got to know one of the neighbors Charlie, he was a pleasure to get to know. If you have the chance to meet him you won’t regret it.
