Private Retreat:master suite w Jacuzzi tub,game room,pool,outdoor entertainment!

We had an amazing time! The kids loved the pool in the day time and the adults got to enjoy the hot tub in the evening! It was nice to be able to have the whole family together without feeling like we were short on space!

My family rented this property on Sept. It was 20 of us and we had plenty of space. The elevator was a plus, made it easy to come and go with baby strollers and bring up grocery. The property is in walking distance of the beach. Property management was very responsive when I reached out. We enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend this property

The house is beautiful and very spacious. At times i couldn’t believe how many people we had because of how spacious it was. The management checked on us after the first night which I feel is top tier. Most rentals only contact you for issues. The kitchen has everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool. Especially because there is lighting for night swimming. My family and I are already ready to book for next year.

This house fit our large group (25) so well! The kitchen has plenty of storage (3 refrigerators) and 3 ovens to make cooking for a large group a breeze. The pool wasn’t a tiny one either. We could all be together in it at the same time.

Pros: -The eating area was large enough to accommodate our large family and provided great together space for bonding. The close proximity to the beach makes it a great location. -When our top floor air conditioner died, the management company responded quickly and sent someone to repair it. -Plenty of nice seating around the pool. Cons: -The bedrooms are small and spartan. No dressers, and many don't have closet racks, night tables, or any drawers. -Roaches -You're not allowed to control the hot tub temperature during the day, only at night.

Everything was great we really enjoyed the place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay was decent. On one of the coldest night of the year we had no heat on the third floor. There was no blankets or extra spreads in the house. The next morning I called and reported that the heat was not working Mandy brought over one space heater for the entire floor. As the day went on it got colder in the house. I called Mandy back and asked when would they be out to fix the heater. She stated that she had called them and she was waiting to hear from them. So I asked for additional heaters, she told me she didn’t have anymore to bring over. I asked her if I bought space heaters would they reimburse me. She called me back and stated that they found two additional space heaters. When they brought the heaters over she stated that this it we don’t have anymore. In my mind she basically meant if these don’t help the you all are out of luck. No one ever came to fix the heater during our stay. The furniture in the theater room looks OK but when you sit on the sofas, there’s very little cushion in them. The devices in the theater room needs to be brought up-to-date so they can be hooked up wirelessly. We wanted to stream movies in and have movie night, but we couldn’t do it . Two of the toilets ran all night. The shower door kept coming off track in the master bathroom. The TVs constantly had to be rebooted because they kept shutting off or once they were turned off they wouldn’t work.Refrigerators were missing drawers and are badly beat up. The house was clean. Other than the items mentioned above it was a good stay.

There were 20 of us staying here. We were grateful for the elevator, but you have to make sure the doors are shut on all floors in order for it to open. We paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated, but little did we know, the pool is heated during the day and the hot tub at night. We had to use the neighboring hot tub since they couldn't work both at the same time. Management was quick to answer calls during the holiday. We had water leaks and couldn't use a bathroom, but fortunately there were enough bathrooms for everyone. The kids loved the indoor theater and pool t2 Close to the beach and close to a grocery story. Only a short drive to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. We had a great time and we were lucky to find this place for all of us.

The kitchen and layout especially the theater room was great.Cons - This property was definitely overpriced and cheap material ie, shower doors doors was cheaply installed alone with shower heads. Low water pressure in the bathroom. There are two fire places that was only for show because they wasn't hooked up to the gas line according to maintenance. They wanted additional money to use the outside hot tub alone with heating the pool also the same to use the gas grills. You would think that it would be included in the cost. There was only one master remote control for all the televisions, so trying to get them all online was a challenge. There's three fridges but only one was hooked up for ice maker and water, so during Thanksgiving imthat was awful not having ice, and the water dispenser was barely coming out. The parking was a problem because both units was rented during our stay. The drive way had several puddles of standing water from the rain. It needs to be graded and paved. Light fixtures in the bathrooms was cheap and falling down. Four of the dining room chairs was already broken. Maintenance came out twice because the kitchen sink was leaking water and agreed that the owner refused to spend money for quality materials while fixing broken items.

We really enjoyed using the theater room to watch football over the weekend. We payed for the heated hot tub and pool, which was an excellent choice. Outstanding customer service -- incredibly responsive during our stay. Overall, a really fun week, and the house was a great fit.
