In this home, you'll find five bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the upper level, with a king size bed, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Right across the hall are two more bedrooms, both with king beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom right across the hallway.

On the main level, there is one bedroom located right off the kitchen & the rest of the entertainment area. This bedroom is filled with four twin-over-twin bunk beds (total of 8 beds), smart TV, bean bag chairs, and lots of games, including basketball & board games! On the lower level, you'll find the last bedroom, which has a queen bed & bathroom right across the hall.

There are three and a half bathrooms spread out across this home, all of which have been completely renovated. The master ensuite has two sinks, a toilet, and walk-in shower. The hallway bathroom right off of the other two bedrooms is equipped with two more sinks, a toilet, and a shower/tub combo. On the main level, there is a half bathroom right off of the main entertaining area. The last full bathroom is on the lower level, right next to the fifth bedroom, with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
