Stayed Nov 22, 2025Property is very well maintained and it was very clean when we arrived. Also kitchen had all sort of utensils for families to prepare food. Pool, Hot tub, plus lot of other gaming stuff well managed. Communication was excellent

Stayed Jun 5, 2025We had a wonderful time at this property!! Easy to find, check in access was easy, communication was great and the house was as expected! Once at the location we were given the information for the pool and used it every day. Kanab is a great meeting point for the Utah family and the Arizona family. Loved our stay so much we have already booked again for September!

Stayed Jun 15, 2025This stay was in connection with the wedding of my daughter, which occured at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Part of the family stayed here, and the bride and her bridesmaids got ready there. We had a tub full of flowers and some. The place was spacious, quiet location, convenient. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed Mar 3, 2025House was great...exactly as advertised. Owner communication was incredible, and the owner was amazingly flexible which was greatly appreciated by our group. Nice open layout for socializing, with 3 private bedrooms and bathrooms for the nights. Hot tub was great for relaxing after the day's activities. Ping-Pong and Axe Throwing were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and will use again on our next trip to Kanab.

Stayed Sep 4, 2024This home is beautiful! It is immaculate and well equipped. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Everything inside and out is designed for comfort and relaxation. The house is close to many adventures and a great place to land at the end of the day. Check in and out was a breeze and communication with the property manager was excellent. This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. You will not be disappointed!
