All golf courses only a few minute drive and plenty of restaurants within and just outside Palmetto Dunes. Would gladly stay there again.

Only year we missed was it was already rented one year. There's a reason we keep going back...because its great! Large and plenty of room for everyone, great staff and they make everything so easy and efficient. Can't recommend the house or Palmetto Dunes Rentals enough.

Absolutely fantastic location as we were able to walk to all the amenities. The and Dunes House had great food . Property Staff was very friendly. Our unit was ready early!! We had bikes delivered which was really nice and an easy way to get to the pickleball clinics and round robins along with riding all over the island and to restaurants, etc. The house could use some new mattresses upstairs in the room at the end of the hall with the 2 double beds. New pillows would definitely help also.

This house is one the group always asks to stay in because 1) it’s so nice 2) great location - walking distance to the beach, and 3) great price. We look forward to staying there every year. Palmetto Dunes rentals always makes the process extremely easy.

The comfortable open plan living room / kitchen / dining room set-up made for very comfortable socializing, and a great place to hang out even when the weather was rainy. The bedrooms were spread out and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the walk to the beach really is only 10 minutes crossing a bridge over the lagoon. In general the kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook a Thanksgiving meal, with a few very minor lapses (some starter filters for the coffee machine would be nice). The house was clean and well cared for. Since it was November, we didn't swim, but it seemed like the small backyard pool would be a great little respite in warmer weather. All in all, a great place for a family stay!

Reviewer Comments: We arrived right at 4:00 to get our keys and they said 6 flags Dr would not be ready for 2 more hours!! Note you have to be out by 10 am. The fridge was the biggest problem and we called when we arrived for it to be replaced they came and looked at it but never did anything about it. Broken toilet seats no bedding for pull out couch....
