The spacious great room with a gas fireplace flows seamlessly into the dining area and gourmet kitchen—complete with granite counters, a large island, and premium appliances.



Outdoors, you’ll find a private saltwater pool and spa, a sun-soaked courtyard with cooling misters, and unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. Each bedroom is a private suite with its own bathroom, including a luxurious primary suite with French doors opening directly to the pool. Whether you’re relaxing inside or entertaining outdoors, Casa Sierra Azul delivers the perfect desert getaway.



Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Santa Rosa Trail is an exclusive gated community in South La Quinta, known for its peaceful atmosphere, well-kept streets, and breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The quiet surroundings make it easy to relax, whether you’re lounging by your private pool or enjoying the desert sunsets from the courtyard.



Beyond the gates, you’re just minutes from some of the Coachella Valley’s best attractions. Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.



Garage and driveway parking are available; street parking may be limited.



No smoking and no pets allowed.



The property is professionally cleaned and maintained before each stay.



Free high-speed wireless WiFi access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area.
