Inside, the open-concept living room, vaulted ceilings, and large windows create a bright and airy space that’s perfect for large family gatherings! Watch a movie on the 51 flat-screen TV, play a board game at the large dining table, or cook up a favorite family meal in the fully stocked kitchen with seating for everyone at the breakfast bar and dining area. We’ve stocked the kitchen with everything so you can travel light and still feel right at home.

Our kitchen offers you:
-Coffee maker (coffee, creamer, and sugar are all included!)

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families of all sizes:
-A serene master suite with a king bed with tempurpedic mattress and private seating area. Private full bathroom with his/her sinks and a hand-held shower head for your comfort.
-Private bedroom with a queen bed and a comfortable reading chair.
-And a fun bunk bed room that sleeps six!
-Each room comes with storage and closets for your convenience.

There is a second full bathroom for hassle-free mornings!

Our laundry room includes a washer and dryer, as well as detergent and other amenities you may need during your stay. This is also where you will find the door to your 15x30 private pool!

Outside, you will find a Tiki bar area for a fun night! Grills to enjoy the outdoors. And a wrap around porch to keep you in the shade. There is sitting for 6+ people so you and your family can enjoy the sunset together!

The pool area is large with plenty of sitting and loungers.

Cleaning fee cost breakdown (included in the price; itemized here for the sake of transparency):

$330 Cleaning fee:
- 11% taxes: $33
- 10% gratuity for cleaner: $30
- $269 per cleaning

We do not keep any of the cleaning fee; 100% of your cleaning fee will go towards maintaining a spectacular experience for our guests. Included in the cleaning fee is:

- Up to 3 loads of laundry (generally enough for bedding, towels and kitchen towels)
- General house cleanup. Sweeping, mopping, linens, towels, dusting, bathroom sanitation, etc.
