Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs (≤45 lbs), $75–$300 fee per pet (varies by stay) Only approved pets are permitted, and we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and aren’t left unattended or unapproved

Pool Heating Fee - A $35/day fee applies if you would like the pool heater turned on. Please let us know the night before your check-in so we can arrange for our team to have it ready prior to your arrival.

Pool & Pool Heating Policy

• The pool is included as a standard amenity.
• Pool heating is NOT included in the reservation and is considered an optional add-on service.
• Pool heating fee: $35 per day.
• Advance notice is required (at least the night before check-in).
• The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool.

– During colder weather (around 70°F or below), the heater may not reach high temperatures. Water temperature depends on outdoor conditions.
