    House, neighborhood, location, and management company were all great. Overall 8/10 but easily could’ve been 10/10 with a few changes from owner. Netflix and other apps were locked on tv so we couldn’t watch them, and something was going on with inside speakers and Sonos app so we had elevator music playing 24:7 our entire stay and couldn’t turn it off. It was very annoying, wasn’t even a way to unplug the system. Our first night was TERRIBLE because the smoke alarms went off every 2 hours starting at 10 pm and ending at 6 am. Luckily the management company came and switched them out after the first night. Overall we had a good stay and would come again but would be nice if the owner let people use their own Netflix or apps on the tvs and also figured out the Sonos system so no one else has to listen to nonstop elevator music

    The home is beautiful and we loved our stay however 3 of our 4 nights the smoke detectors would randomly just go off at 11pm and 12am waking up our entire house and the kids.

    We’ve vacationed in Watercolor for over 20 years. Overall we loved the property and our week in the home. I wish I could give 5 stars, however the homeowner needs to have a few items updated if they want to charge the high price tag. Speakers on the back porch not working properly, DirectTV on back porch not working, wear and tear of the trash cabinetry, middle burner on cooktop inoperable, ice machine runs all day and struggles to make ice, needs a new mattress on bottom floor as it is sagging. If all of these items were fixed we would book again.

    We had a great time at the home. I’ve stayed many places in watercolor and this one was great. It was not my favorite location in watercolor, but still good. Also, the kitchen was not as fully stocked as others that I’ve stayed in and we like to cook so we were being inventive as we cooked but it all worked out great. The size of the bedrooms were very large and everything was very comfortable. Loved that there was a jacuzzi as well.

    We enjoyed a wonderful week in Watercolor! This house had the perfect floorpan for our group of 4 couples! The location was nice too and only a couple of minutes drive to the beach, the main Watercolor pool and Seaside. Publix Grocery is also very close. I searched carefully to find a property with an open floorplan between the kitchen and the family room including comfortable sofas and chairs so that we could all sit together and relax in the evenings! All four bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and luxurious! (1 bedroom on the main level and 3 large bedrooms upstairs plus a bunk room that we didn't use). For outdoor space, we enjoyed the covered back porch and the pool! We've rented a lot of properties on vacation over the years and 360Blue was absolutely the best we've experienced in terms of accessibility and professionalism. Someone always answers the phone and is helpful with questions both before and during the stay! The coffee maker didn't work at the house and within 15 minutes of our call to 360Blue a new coffee maker was delivered! They were also helpful in answering questions about the house and the pool. Highly recommended!

    This is our 4th time visiting watercolor with our family and since our first visit have extended the invite to my parents as well as my Sister in law and her family. We love the area! This trip was off to a much rockier start, however. This house had a little more wear and tear than previous homes we’ve stayed (stains in showers, dust on light fixtures and doors). Also, we were not provided with the appropriate amount of bands upon arrival and information as to who needed bands was not up to date in the rental. We had 5 children all requiring bands which were not provided. Getting in touch with the property manager was much more difficult than in previous stays. We ended up going independently to the HOA office and they took care of it. I also emailed regarding pool lighting and was never provided with information to resolve the lack of pool lights. We still love the area, but will stay at a home with a different property management company for future visits.
