The Living room offers plenty of seating for all and includes a new sofa bed. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with an En Suite Bathroom, the first Guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and the other Guest bedroom has a Full bed. There is 2nd bathroom conveniently located for easy guest access. Step into the romantic ambiance of the private back yard and take a dip in the pool. Enjoy the custom Tiki bar or simply relax in one of the comfy lawn chairs with a cool beverage in hand. With the world-famous beaches only 15 minutes away, you can play in the Emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico all day then come back to your private oasis and start making plans for your next stay!

Visit the heart of Pensacola Beach to soak up some sun on the Emerald Coast. Stroll down the white sandy shore or the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk to taste a variety of fresh Gulf cuisine, explore multiple shopping destinations, enjoy live music during the summer at The Shell, or even rent scooters.

Take a scenic drive just minutes from your cozy vacation home down Santa Rosa Island to Fort Pickens, a historic defense fort established in the early 1800s. Those of all ages will love wandering through the multiple enduring corridors with rich stories to tell in this national park.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. If you’re lucky, you might catch them practicing on any given day while relaxing on the beach. Pensacola Beach also hosts an air show each July, and there is a show over the Naval Air Station each November. If seeing the Blue Angels isn’t enough, venture over to the Pensacola Navy Base for public access to the National Naval Aviation Museum, a Pensacola favorite, offering a rich historical experience for kids and adults alike. Onsite of the base is the Pensacola Lighthouse Museum where you can climb up the winding staircase for breathtaking views or walk down the boardwalk to take pictures on Barrancas Beach. While you’re there, you could also check out Fort Barrancas.
