Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our reunion for a family memorial event brought together family members from 3 different states, and we were very comfortable in this lovely home! We cooked and ate together, and the dartboard was a hit. It was a short trip that included a boat ride and swimming in the lake, so we didn't utilize the pool, but it was inviting, and the same natural temperature as the lake! We would definitely rent this house again!

Stayed Mar 17, 2024This property was perfect for us. Dan was easy to talk to and get a hold of. His house is so cute and the beds were comfortable! The kids loved movie nights on the couch, and we all enjoyed the heated pool! We made dinners on the patio and played games into the night. We were also close to coffee shops, stores, and not too far from the lake. I highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023Daniel’s always a great host this is my third time staying at his property his house is easily accessible lots of fun stuff to do Nearby and on top of that Daniel’s a havasu native so he always has interesting things to say and fun places to go as well as eat can’t wait for the next time I come out

Stayed Jun 21, 2023Overall, the place was nice. Very clean. Well decorated. Comfy beds and linens. The owner was very communicative and called us on the first day to let us know we could check in early. Backyard area was nice to relax in after a day on the lake. Kids enjoyed the pool. Just have 2 cons.... The internet connection is terrible. The WIFI is essentially a T-mobile hot spot that gets 2 bars at best. Max download speed was 4 megabits, so basically if 2 devices are streaming, no one else can use WIFI. Cable internet would be much better. The other con that was kind of strange was on checkout day. Checkout time was 10am, but the owner showed up around 9am while we were finishing packing and cleaning up. Made our wives feel a bit uncomfortable as he was literally hovering over them while they got everything together. Would have been better to just show up at 10am. Other than that, everything was fine.
