To include this with your stay, we need to collect payment at least 48 hours prior to checkin. Heating must be for your entire stay, we cannot do certain days, or part of your stay. We can not turn the heat on after your stay has started. Actual pool temp will depend largely on your ability and willingness to keep the solar cover on when not in use.



In order to keep the pool serviced and maintained properly year round our staff and our pool guy come by on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Pool servicing generally only takes a few minutes depending on the condition of the pool. Please do not be alarmed. It usually only takes a few minutes, and they will not be entering any part of the home.

I also work closely with GolfTroop, a golf vacation company. They have awesome discounted rates at most of the area golf courses, as well as rental vehicles through Alamo, and even rental clubs. Just ask me for details, and I would be happy to have someone reach out!



Other Things to Note:

Welcome to the delightful Desert Oasis! This home is about a 10 minute drive from the Kierland Commons where you can find many shopping and restaurant options. You can find a variety of options here like Culinary Dropout serving delicious American food or The Mission Kierland serving tasty Latin American food. Local entertainment that can be found in the surrounding area include Bowlero North Scottsdale, Fort McDowell Casino, West World and more! If you’re looking for more outdoor activities there are many incredible hikes like Javelina trail and Quartz Trail. There is plenty to check out during your stay!



There will be a house manual upon arrival that you will be expected to read. All important complex rules and expectations will be outlined in the manual. Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy.



Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire home. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option. Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit, plus any expenses incurred by needing to move your personal things out of the home, or from moving the incoming group of guests to a new property.



Any stay 28 nights or longer will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our personal terms and conditions will also be sent separately and will need to be submitted. Feel free to ask for a copy if interested.



For any booking 28 nights or longer, any adjustment to the booking resulting in a reduction in the length of stay will incur a $500 fee, plus 10% of the difference in price.



Electricity will be charged separately ONLY FOR STAYS 28 days or longer. There is a large monthly discount applied, so in an effort to keep your price as low as possible, we ask guests to pay for the electricity separately. Everything else will be included (wifi, cable TV, tax, cleaning every 2 weeks, pool/gym access, etc.) We estimate the average electricity bill to be $300/month. It's possible it may be a bit more in the summer with heavy A/C usage, and it will most likely be quite a bit lower in the winter. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send a request to pay a $300 electricity deposit for the reservation. This will be applied to your final electric bill. Any difference will be refunded to you, and any additional amount will be withheld from your security deposit. Checkin details will not be sent without the $300 electricity deposit paid in advance. Payment can be made through Airbnb as a separate payment, or directly through me with a valid credit card.

    Overall, this property worked perfectly for our group to enjoy family time together. There were some minor issues related to cleaning and propane for pool heating but were resolved by mgmt company. Would recommend booking this property.

    This place is great for a group of golfers. Updated bathrooms were nice. Management team is very friendly and responsive. If I were the owner, I'd remove the trees near the pool area and replace them with other landscaping. There was no way to keep the pool from being full of leaves. We didn't use the pool even once because of that. Overall good experience.

    Very spacious house with beautiful kitchen and baths. Four en-suite bedrooms in main house (one of which has direct access to pool area) … all with two large beds. Fifth bedroom (w/two beds) in main house near a common half-bath. The guests in that room shower in one of the en-suite baths that has a separate hallway access. We didn’t use the guest house but it looks awesome with separate bedroom (w/two beds), sitting area w/kitchenette, full bath, as well as the golf simulator. Location was excellent. Outside pool and entertainment area is very inviting. Would definitely go back!

    All the instructions were clean both to enter the property and dos and don’t s while in the property. Garage clicker was a major help. Snacks were waiting for our late arrival. We even brought Charmin to the property - no need they were well stocked!

    Perfect for a guys trip with 12 king or queen size beds. Great location central to everything by only complaint was there so many trees are around the pool that it gets a lot of leaves in the pool. I got to play pool boy, so it all worked out well. :-)

    The house set up is great. So much space with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Beds and bedding are a big deal for us and we were very satisfied. The kitchen is full stocked with the exception of a needing a few outdoor/plastic trays for food. The property management was highly responsive and helped with any complications.

    Had a wonderful stay at this great property! The layout of the home and backyard was perfect for our family, which included three little ones. The children loved the splash pad and pool! The location was ideal for running out and grabbing food and necessities. Any questions and concerns were immediately addressed by professional and friendly property managers.
