The Space:

Upon entering, you receive an open area that includes the living room/dining room/kitchen connected to the game/disco room, and then the incredible outdoor pool area. The living room is equipped with a sectional sofa (sufficient space for the family to watch a movie together), an accent chair, a beanbag, a small pouf, and a large intelligent television. Located immediately next to the living room is the formal dining room with seats for 6, in front of a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a top counter for 3 people.

Entering the left of the living room and immediately to its right, enter the main bedroom with a King bed, night tables with lamps, a workspace, a mirror, and a television. The main bathroom inside has been completely updated and has a dressing table, closet, mirror with light, toilet, and shower.

The bedroom for children, on the other side, has twin beds with trundles, a night table with a lamp, and two small banks. It has a private bathroom with a dressing table, shower, mirror with light, and a toilet.

EXTRA FEES:

-Pets are Welcome! The pet fee is $ 150 / pet per stay.

-The pool heating rate is $ 30 per day for the total days of your stay. Let us know as soon as possible if you need it; it takes approximately two days to heat up.

-The barbecue rate is $ 50 per complete stay, which includes the propane tank and cleaning.



HOUSE RULES (please read carefully)

-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 25+ and may be asked to show ID.

-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted. A $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.

-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-No glass outdoors (pool/patio areas) for safety.

-Pool safety (strict): Children may not be left unattended at the pool at any time. An adult must supervise children at all times, and no unsupervised children are permitted in or near the pool—ever.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.
