Stayed Sep 16, 2025Truly one of the most relaxing vacation houses we have stayed. The owners were very quick to respond to all my questions prior to our arrival. We loved how cozy the house was and the area was very quiet. We loved the convenience to all the restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be staying at this house again when we come back.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025The house was great for my multi generational family. Grandparents downstairs and mom and dad and kids upstairs. We all loved the pool and the kids enjoyed all the toys to play with. The house was very convenient to the aquarium, but far enough out to feel the peace of the countryside.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Hi my husband and I booked this stay with my dog for three days. We were looking for privacy and not a lot of people traffic and noise as we own a reactive animal who came with us. Not only did the owners reschedule lawn care and pool maintenance workers because of this, they went above and beyond to ensure we really could relax and not worry! They made sure our experience was number one and it does NOT go unnoticed. We will be back! Anyone looking for a private, quiet place with no distractions and a pool and hot tub all to yourself please book this wonderful place.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025This home is in a great location if you plan to spend some time at Fellows Lake nearby. Groceries and Springfield are 10-15 minutes away. It is very clean and the rooms are big. It listed hot tub as a feature though there wasn't one outside by the pool. The master bath had a jetted tub. Maybe that is what it was talking about. Some of the the beds were also a bit firm. The owner was very attentive and friendly. I'd stay here again.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Photos were accurate, the house was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Our family met in MO for a wedding and we had a great experience. The house we rented took us all back in time as we reminisced about the furniture, smells, and decor of our childhood home and where we grew up. Thank you for making our stay so nice!

Stayed Nov 24, 2023Very unique house and we enjoyed staying in it. Process as a whole was easy and simple. Only complaint was the leftover smell from fried fish or something. But a very small complaint that went away quickly. Overall great place!
