The space

Welcome to 'Here Comes the Sun!'

Each stay will include COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS to the brand new 6-SEATER LSV/golf cart!!! These typically rent for ~$150/day, so this is a huge benefit offered FREE to guests! The house also comes with 4 bikes, 6 beach chairs, two umbrellas, and beach towels.

The expansive outdoor space provides an ideal setting for entertaining, with the large private pool with sun-shelf and fountain flanked by a built-in stone fire pit and BBQ grill! There is also an outdoor dining table and an outdoor shower!

As you step inside, the open living, kitchen, and dining area welcomes you with a seamless flow and an abundance of natural light. The kitchen, adorned with sleek stainless steel appliances, reflects a perfect balance of style and functionality, making it a chef's dream! There is room for 5 at the breakfast bar and an additional 8 spaces at the dining table. Also on the first floor is a half bathroom for added convenience.

The second floor hosts two spacious bedrooms with a shared jack-and-jill bathroom, plus the laundry room. One bedroom has two Queen beds, and the other bedroom has two sets of bunks (one Twin-over-Twin with a Twin trundle pullout, and one Twin-over-Full) in addition to a futon sleeper sofa.

Moving up to the third floor, the master bedroom offers peek-a-boo views of the Gulf from both the bedroom and the private balcony! This suite is a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation with a private en-suite bathroom and sitting area with a single sleeper sofa. Also on this floor, there is a sitting area, a dedicated workspace with a desk/desk chair, and another large bedroom with two Queen beds and a private en-suite bathroom.

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just a couple blocks down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

5 MINUTES AND UNDER WALKING DISTANCE to Ed Walline Regional beach access (parking available), Gulf Place Town Center, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, The Perfect Pig, Cava and Cakes, Papa Surf Burger Bar, Growler Garage, Pizza by the Sea, Chef Bistro 30A, Renaissance French Restaurant, South of Philly 30A, Pecan Jacks Ice Cream and Candy, Chefs 30A Deli, Shelbys Beach Bar and Grill!

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. No pets under 10 months old.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, firepit, LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.

    Great property and location. I was a little disappointed in that they had offered us to stay at the house on Sunday ( a day earlier) but we couldn’t make it. I did however ask for early check in on Monday but instead went to check in at 4, the time listed on the property and a couple cleaners had just gotten there to start cleaning. I was very thankful that the manager of the cleaners quickly cleaned the dining area so we could unload and leave while she waited for the rest of cleaners to show up. She also got us a couple of box fans since the one overhead fan wasn’t working. She was super helpful and very professional. Overall great house and location!

    Great location! Walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants! House had all you needed and the golf cart was a big bonus! Would definitely stay here again! Great place!
