Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Hidden Cypress . The home is in great shape. We had six adults and three children under 5. The home is at the end of the drive directly off of 30A and truly “Hidden” in a Cypress grove natural area with direct access to hundreds of acres of hiking and jogging trails. Nice pool with great safety features for the kids. Home is very nice and well stocked with everything we needed. Large privacy fence and live oak/ palm trees provide wonderful privacy. Highly recommend this vacation home!!!

The house provided the perfect blend of privacy and quick access to the beach. We loved how the exterior spaces (porches and pools) really extended the living spaces providing amble room for all our guest. The bikes made getting around a breeze. The house was well appointed and love the decor which emphasized coastal living. We are ready to book again for next year.

First the house is impeccably clean, very well decorated, and well stocked with thoughtful items (all sorts of pots/pans, kitchen gear, pool towels, etc.) You will have so much room - the layout is fantastic. My kids loved the bikes, the pool/jacuzzi, and fire pit. Royal Destinations was the most thoughtful property management I've ever had. THEY checked in with us within 24 hours to make sure everything was to our liking - I've never had that happen before - it was so considerate. Their communication before and during our stay was top-notch. We will absolutely stay here again.Last, two tips for anyone staying at this house. One the kitchen faucet is one of those touch faucets. I had to watch a YT video to figure out how to use it, but you turn it on and simply touch the handle to turn it on and off. Second, when you go out the screened porch take a left and you'll find a panel on the back of the house to control the jacuzzi. To heat the jacuzzi up to a hot tub, hit Spa and Jets, and give it some time to heat up and it becomes a regular whirlpool. I noticed another reviewer said the hot tub is more of a soaking tub. That person probably didn't realize the controls were on the other side so far away from the pool.Again 10 out of 10. Amazing house.

I was afraid it would be too small but it was perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. Highly recommend! Best to rent a golf cart to access beach! Had a few small issues and royal destinations was very quick to address those quickly!

The house was beautiful and well equipped with a nice layout. Close to restaurants - The Perfect Pig was great. Short walk to the beach. Easy walk to Seaside (2 miles), short drive to Rosemary beach. Don’t expect anything extra from the management company. After they reached out and asked if we wanted to come a day early or stay an extra night because the house wasn’t rented, they asked for $250 just to check in 3hrs early and $250 to be able to leave 3hrs late. (Definitely note that check in isn’t until 5pm!!!) I’ve never had anywhere ask for that amount of money for an early/late check in! That was a little disappointing considering the amount of money we paid for the week.

If there are any complaints there would only be two things. First, the grill was extremely rusted to the point of unusable. Second, it was somewhat frustrating that there were absolutely zero spices available upon arrival for cooking. There was plenty of cookware but not even so much as some simple salt and pepper. Aside from that - the house was simply wonderful. Big TVs, working A/C, comfy pool. This place would be perfect for two families with kids to get together. Would definitely stay here again.

Being picky, the house could use some paint maintenance on cabinets & doors, but that's being very picky. The outdoor garbage cans filled up very fast. Overall, it was a wonderful trip.

The perfect place to come home too after being at the beach all day. It’s equipped with everything you need. Though you do have to walk to the beach, coming home to that house makes it worth it. Not to mention the boardwalks thru the woods to explore gives you a different experience. We loved being outside at dusk or morning, listening to the frogs and other animals. It was like being in a different world. And yes, it is managed by a company, but they were great. Responsive to my initial questions, super easy to work with. They were just a text away.

It’s completely in the middle of everything in Seagrove and yet very privately tucked away at the end of the road. We had six adults and two young children. The home was well taken care of and offered plenty of room even though it’s a single story. We particularly enjoyed the close proximity to 30A an and the beaches. We also thought the pool set up was wonderful. The pool security features in place made us all feel much more comfortable with the young children along! We we thought the security alarm battery for the pool was low. We called the Royal Destination’s staff and they very quickly sent a nice technician out to replace the battery within a matter of 10 minutes. Royal Destination’s provided exceptional support for our trip and were very easy to deal with. My wife and I have been traveling to the Seaside area for about 30 years and this was probably our best trip so far. I would highly recommend Hidden Cypress for a relaxing beach vacation! We definitely look forward to coming back again!!!
