Please keep in mind that there is a seven-night minimum stay requirement.

Bring the whole family to experience the magic of Kauai together, with this 2,412-square-foot home serving as your home base. Sleeping six comfortably, each bedroom suite includes a bathroom and private lanai. The bright and airy main living area features an open floor plan with ample places to sit and unwind.

The living area transitions to the outdoor area through retractable sliding glass doors that open up onto a large private lanai and outdoor dining area, inviting tropical breezes into the home. Just below the lanai are the private pool, hot tub, two chaise lounges, and gas grill.

The modern gourmet kitchen has a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a six-burner Wolf gas range, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in your home. For casual breakfasts or impromptu meals, the eat-in kitchen seats three, while for sit-down family meals, the table in the dining area seats six.

The primary bedroom downstairs has a king bed and a 50-inch Sony smart TV, and it opens up directly onto a private covered lanai just steps from the firepit seating area and a hammock strung between two palms for the ultimate in island relaxation. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity, claw-foot soaking tub, walk-in shower, and outdoor shower. Also downstairs is the half bath and laundry room.

On the second floor are two additional bedroom suites with full bathrooms, both with king beds, 42-inch Sony smart TVs, and private lanais. The two upstairs bedrooms flank a den complete with a desk, a 24-inch Samsung smart TV, and a cozy sofa that converts to a queen bed.

    Beautiful home that was well-appointed and in great shape. A few minor things that just need a little TLC, but assume once property is purchased, these things are remedied. Property/amenity information was a bit confusing; had a lot of communication with house management and club management, but details weren’t clear or questions needed to be answered “by the other”- nothing tragic, just hard to nail down details. Location and proximity to most everything was awesome. Unfortunately some neighbors were less than friendly with “renters” in their private community - luckily a few others were as nice as you could hope for.

    We stayed for a week and it went by so quickly. The house is spacious and immaculate, and has every amenity inside and outside. 5 minute drive to free parking lots to access Poipu Beach and restaurants. The concierge service made planning activities very easy. We will return :)

    I can’t tell you what a wonderful time we had visiting Kauai and staying at Hale Anuenue. The home is beautiful, immaculately maintained and had every thing we needed to enjoy our stay. Although we were busy during the day, we looked forward to returning to Hale Anuenue for a cocktail on the veranda before going out for dinner. This home is located in the KUKUI’ULA community which is lovely, as well. I also think the location is perfect. It is positioned near all the activities in Poipu (beaches, golf, dining) plus it is an easy drive to Port Allen for sailing and snorkeling to the NaPali coast. Finally, the hosts of Hale Anuenue are the best! I received excellent email and text communications, and Kyle ensured my check-in was seemless. He continued to ensure our needs were met throughout our stay. Don’t hesitate to rent this home. You won’t be disappointed!
