Private Pool! Hot Tub! Golf Cart! Bikes! Walk to Beach! Paddle Boards!

Great place for a family vacation! Close to the beach and things to do. Bikes, golf cart and pool in the backyard was a plus! Would definitely stay again. Host was amazing with contact when needed.

We had a great time! The place was lovely and will definitely be coming back. Communication with the owners was amazing and the house was so charming!

Had a blast staying at this property. We utilized the golf cart, bikes, pool, camp fire, games, and everything this property had to offer. It was during the July 4th weekend, so it was busy at the beach, but the close proximity let us be able to shuttle beach goers to and from the property easily with the golf cart. The area provides a great place to bike around the neighborhood. Plenty of room for all of the family, and kids loved it. The only real complaint was there was no shade at the pool during the day. We put our pop-up there when not using at the beach, and had a shade sail we utilized too, so easy fix overall.

We absolutely loved our stay. Check in was seamless with detailed instructions sent a couple of days prior. Golf cart was such a great extra and the pool provided great entertainment off the beach. The home is in such a great location away from the business of Rosemary Beach, but within minutes of shopping and the beach. The public beach was literally minutes from the house. I was a mother hosting her daughter and four friends, all on their senior trip. The home was clean, tv’s and comfortable beds in all rooms. Fire pit was great for nights. Home was quiet and neighborhood is great. Panama City Beach is minutes away. Watersound area has a Publix and Starbucks. Amici is a great restaurant just around the corner. Everyone loved the home and our stay at Inlet Beach. Would highly recommend it to anyone and would gladly return again.

This property checked a lot of the boxes for our family vacation. We love Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach area and the proximity to all it has to offer. This property had a lot of land a backyard and a fire pit. It also had a private pool and hot tub. Our family had a great time and enjoyed all the benefits that we initially searched for when we located this property on VRBO. This property may lack some of the architectural charm and high-end finishes of other properties that are in the area. It appears that the owner has some planned improvements or additional construction plan as they were large tarps, covering piles of wood and other building materials in the backyard. From a location perspective, there is certainly access to the beach, but you have to be thoughtful about your path of travel to safely. Navigate getting across 98. A new bike path and pedestrian path by the donut hole is definitely a benefit to get you across the highway, but for beachgoers it is definitely necessary to take the golf cart and or a car to navigate that trip. Also, it should be noted that golf carts while provided are not allowed in Rosemary Seacrest or Allys beach. Worthy of considering how and where you want to spend your time. We did, however, find that as a family who brought their dogs having the spacious area to throw a ball and exercise the dogs and being secluded in the woods with only one neighbor in close proximity was much appreciated and rather convenient.

Super fun house and convenient to the beach. The golf cart was icing on the cake!

Was a fun place to stay

Super nice home and cozy. It was perfect for my daughter's birthday with family. Outside area was awesome. Huge driveway, pool/hot tub and large backyard area around the fire pit. Quiet streets making walks enjoyable. Golf cart was a 6 seater which was a plus! Close to Rosemary Beach for those sunrise/sunsets.

We had an awesome experience and our host made our stay exceptional. Whenever we needed anything their response was very quick. We would stay again and refer anyone looking to stay in the 30A area. Everything was very clean inside and out.

Such an awesome place! Cozy and private, but still so close to the beach! The private pool was amazing and we enjoyed our stay more than I can say!

Easy to get to, beach is 5 minutes away if that, communication with the renters is awesome and it was a great experience with everything they provide!

Had a wonderful time. Alexandra and her team proactively checked in with us and ensured we had everything we needed. The property and pool was very nice and we loved the video-game themed decor. Five stars all the way around!
