Stayed Mar 23, 2025The lay out of the property was great for our family. Only drawback was to go to the other side you would have to go outside. I know Mother Nature takes a toll on properties but definitely needs some work. Kim the property manager was amazing! She was on top of any question and ready to help.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Arrived about an hour early to meet and chat with a new cleaning manager. She was very honest and kind. They have a lot of work ahead of them to get the house in decent shape. I do believe they will do a great job of it. Layout of house is a duplex which is what we expected. Would be nice to have access to other side without having to go outside but it was fine. Hopefully the maintenance issues will be taken care of, but it will take some time. The location to beach was nice.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a few issues right off the bat and the owner was not very responsive, but Evolve, the PM company, was great and made sure that everything was taken care of. We found this to be the case during our whole stay - it took the owner or contact for the property about 24 hours to get back to us with any requests and Evolve was very responsive. The house has a bit of a strange layout, but it works well for a large group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel like we had our own space. The pool was great - we did not heat the hot tub. It is very close and convenient to the beach. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. There were enough towels for one per person, but it would have been nice to have extra bath towels, some beach or pool towels and more kitchen towels.
