The home was great clean pool was amazing it was a little further out from the strip than anticipated

Everything was perfect at this location, it seems as though it was recently updated. Definitely the best house in this neighborhood

Responsive host, clean and spacious. Beautiful backyard area with hot tub. Quiet location, close to store, restaurant and quick RideShare to the strip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Host was welcoming, we were a little surprised that you had to call and have them turn the hot tub on to use it, was not already hot and ready when we wanted it. Internet and TV's did not work as said. stay was good, clean rooms, water pressure was low.

We were in town for a family wedding. This house was super clean, spacious, and a perfect set up for me, my husband, and oir 3 adult children. The location was convenient to both the strip and Fremont. It gave us a quiet, calm place to retreat from the excitment of all that is Vegas. The price was fair and comparable to what we would have spent for multiple rooms at one of the resort/casino spaces. Victor was a wonderful host and maintained communication throughout our stay. Would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at this house. It is a little more expensive than other nearby houses on VRBO, but you get what you pay for. It has four bedrooms and a large living area and kitchen. The kitchen was well-stocked with lots of cookware as well as plates, cups, etc. The living room/media room is a plus with large screen TV and four reclining sofa chairs. Attention to cleanliness was apparent, both inside the house as well as the pool and spa. The location was in a nice neighborhood that seemed relatively safe, and yet was not too far from major attractions on the strip (10-20 min, depending where on the strip you are going). 5-10 min to many eateries and shopping. communication with the owner was excellent. We would stay here again on our next trip to Vegas.

I traveled to Las Vegas with two colleagues to attend the Consumer Electronics Show. This year, we chose the quiet comfort of a VRBO property. The location was a little farther off the Las Vegas Strip than I preferred, but Uber pick-ups and drop-offs made travel easy. The well-equipped kitchen and filtered water were definite highlights!

Great layout of the house for 6 adults. Back yard was very usable. Location was good for what we visited.

The house is nice and quiet. It was a group of women and we felt safe. The highlight of house for us was the jacuzzi. It was so nice to soak before getting ready to go out at night. We had a couple of issues with the heat but manager was very responsive and did his best to resolve the issue quickly. Getting a Lyft was no problem. It had everything we needed I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a long weekend and all of us (4 friends) agreed that if we could have given more than 5 stars we would have. Check in was a breeze, the house was spotless and provided everything we needed and our host, Vincent answered questions and requests promptly. The only small complaint is that it would have been nice if the pool was heated......the spa was so it was not a big issue

Great option over pricey hotels. This property is best for mature adults that know how to appreciate and respect a well kept home. Great option!

The house was beautifully appointed & spotlessly clean! Amazing pool, hot tub & gazebo area! Victor, our host was wonderful & responsive at all hours! He didn’t wait to hear from us—he proactively reached out to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend! We had the best of both worlds—got to see great shows, yet get away from the strip for rest & quiet time with friends.

This was a beautiful house with very modern finishes that made it feel really nice. We did have an issue where the host had the wrong check-in day, so that could have gone smoother, but they were very communicative and got us in immediately. We also had hoped to be able to use the hot tub whenever we wanted, but you do have to message the host to turn it on. They were always quick to do so, but the hot tub was a primary draw for this location and it would have been nice to use it at will.

There was a whole rules page on what to say to the police if they were to show up. That was intetesting, but I guess par for the course as the host was very concerned about people having parties in their VRBO.

We were very happy with the house. It had everything our family needed and the location was perfect. The host responded quickly to questions making it a comfortable stay. We will definitely book this property again.

This property was everything it shown and listed to be. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet. The home was very spacious, relaxing, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub was a major bonus, very private. The uber rides to the strip or freemont ranged from 14.00-20.00. The beds were very comfortable.
