Reviewer Comments: The floors were not clean; we had to sweep right when we arrived. we did not have any extra sheets for the pull out in the top floor bedroom. we had to buy sheets. We also did not have extra blankets.

The house was in great condition and is in an excellent location and is a short walk to town and only a couple houses from the beach. We rented a golf cart, but it wasn’t necessary. well house looked just like the pictures online. It was clean and has been well taken care of and Royal destinations group replied immediately anytime we needed something. The biggest downside of this house is that the bathroom upstairs is a jack and Jill between two bedrooms. It would’ve been better served as two separate smaller bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with just enough, but was missing some needed utensils and supplies.. The house is great and Royal destinations very communicative and we were very happy with our side.

Royal Destinations was very responsive and kind. Also comes with bikes to use. Only things noticed were that a lot of times there are conveniences for people traveling in like leftover coffee pods, more toilet paper rolls, newer frying pans to use, etc, but otherwise it was fantastic.

Return air vents in master toilet closet were missing and insulation was constantly falling. Nonstick skillets were worn out. The pool was dirty upon arrival and had to call agency. One of four bikes were missing. Agency was very responsive when called.

Nice property- very comfortable for our family at Thanksgiving. Easy access to beach right across the street. Short walk to Seaside and house has 4 bikes that we loved riding through seaside and watercolor.

We had two issues during the week that needed attention, and both times workers came quickly and fixed our problems.
