It was spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. The house had 6 bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and 61/2 bathrooms. The pool in the backyard and the beach so close was a huge plus! There was even a golf cart that could seat up to six people if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. The house also had parking literally at the front door which was very convenient. We all agreed the house was the perfect place for our Girls Getaway!

It had anything we could have needed for all the families that had come. Plenty of baby equipment, kitchen tools and kitchen ware, tons of pool toys and chairs to use! The only downside is there is one thermostat for all three levels. Downstairs was freezing to keep the upstairs comfortable. Also, I don’t believe the cleaning people really do a full cleaning. When searching for a pair of earrings at the end of our trip I found a rolled up diaper and a few other things under the upstairs vanity. We had a small child but not small enough to need a diaper of that size.

They were available every time I contacted them. So much space, thus is our first rental that had the backyard space and pool. It definitely made a difference to have that extra space and the pool was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Overall the house was great. We had a few issues and contacted them; someone was out the next day. The pool was not cleaned before we arrived, so they came out and took care of this. AC downstairs was not working they had to order a part and then it was working perfectly. The hood was not working on the stove and come to find out they knew about this so it would have been good to be notified. Overall we loved the location and the house was perfect for our family of 15. Each couple had their own bathroom. We would highly recommend it.

Fully supplied with all the essentials. Very spacious! The third floor was exceptionally nice and proved the kids their own space. The golf cart was a huge bonus. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First bad experience my family has had after coming to Destin for the last 10 years. The golf cart included with rental, which is an absolute necessity when we choose our vacation rental, was not working properly from the first day of our stay. We found out after doing our own inspection that the batteries had no water in them. This most likely caused damage to the batteries and is definitely something that would have been detected had the golf cart been inspected prior to our arrival as the contract states. The staff was rude and of no help whatsoever. The response we got is “the golf cart is an amenity and not guaranteed for our stay.” Oh, they did suggest that we were welcome to rent another one on our own. I was assured twice that the manager would return my call.. never heard from him/her. Please do not rent from this company!!!

This house is amazing g for a large group! We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The backyard with the pool was amazing! And the golf cart was perfect for the short trip to the beach. Management company was friendly and even called me after the first day to see if there anything they could do for us. Highly recommend!

The only complaint is the a/c from the first floor went out on our last night stay. They weren't able to fix it till the morning we were checking out. Otherwise, everything was nice.
