Private Pool - Golf Cart - Close to the Beach!

There is so much great about this property - the location to the beach and a few restaurants/shops- having a golf cart and bikes available for use - the room set ups are great for multiple families - the pool is the perfect size and depth for kids (our 5 year old could easily stand in the shallow end) We did run into a few issues however. There is only one AC unit for this entire property and the house was extremely hot most of the time we were there. It seemed ok in the beginning of the week, but by the back half of the week it was sitting around 80 degrees and not dropping much lower. It was very uncomfortable. We understand it was summer in FL, but the house not cooling at all was surprising. We did reach out to the property manager asking for someone to check it. We never heard from them that it was checked and was ok or not. At this point we only had two nights left so just powered through. Additionally, on our final night, sewage backed up into the downstairs tub and toilet and ran all over the floor. The management team did ultimately get a plumber out there to fix whatever the clog was, but no one ever came to clean or anything. So that bathroom was just unusable for the remainder of our trip as there was literal waste in the bath tub. We had a great time in Santa Rosa and really enjoyed alot about the house, but unfortunately, I don't think we'd rebook simply because of how uncomfortable we were with the lack of AC.

Very convenient and had all the things our group wanted to enjoy our vacation. Would definitely book this home again in the future.

Lots of little things to deal with over the first few days but the property manager was responsive and resolved everything. Location and pool are a plus. Cleanliness was lacking - floors were dirty, bathroom baseboards caked with dust and hair (I used Clorox wipes to clean) and lots of dust in the upstairs bedrooms. For those who want a true master bedroom and master bath - this house does not offer that. The master bedroom shares the master bath with the room w 4 bunks. Not ideal for us - others may not mind.

Perfect house for our family of 8! The house had everything needed for dinner nights in and it was a short distance from a few great restaurants! The golf cart and bikes made it an easy trip to the beach. The pool/pool house was a great way to end our days on the beach! We highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The property matched the pictures except the outdoor furniture was much more tired than when the pictures were originally taken. We stayed for two weeks and had several issues (stalled golf cart, empty propane tanks, furnace stopped working) within the first couple days. The management company, Oversee, was outstanding in responding quickly and professionally. All issues were corrected in a timely manner and the remainder of our stay was great. We had the pool heated which was perfect as we could swim even when the temperature was 40 degrees. There were 7 people in our group and the home fit us well. Each couple having their own bathroom was a plus and the beds were very comfortable. The golf cart worked well for daily trips to the beach. The Red Fish Taco restaurant is across the 30A highway and down just a bit (within walking distance) and we enjoyed drinks while listening to the nightly live music. We also sat on the balcony on the front of the house and enjoyed the music from there. Since we stayed the second half of February, we felt like we had the whole area to ourselves as the crowds do not start inhabiting the Santa Rosa Beach area until mid-March. We would recommend this property and plan to return next year.

This property was great. Proximity to the beach was good and the golf cart made it so easy. Well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. The space was great for large groups- plenty of seating and entertainment space and 2 washers/dryers. The outdoor space was partially shaded, so great for some and the outdoor entertainment area was perfect for evenings. We have stayed on 30A several times, but I loved the pact of crowds in this area. The only thing I would recommend for the home is washcloths for bathrooms and better/more toilet paper. If I was picky I would have liked beach service as part of the rental as the public area is small- but this is available to purchase. All in all we would definitely return.

We visit the 30a area every year. This home is by far the best. Kids 15-6 loved the foosball, bunk room and pool. The large table fit all 9 of us for big family dinners. Comfortable beds, great lighting, labeled drawers and light switches! The very best part was the short walk to blue mountain beach, coffee shop virtually across the street. I could go on…great property management!

I could not recommend this place enough! Seriously the management is spectacular. The location is amazing. The house is a DREAM. We had the perfect stay and i couldn’t be happier. Looking to book same place for next year!

Really great property - outside area was perfect with two families of little kids. Beach was extremely walkable and golf cart made getting to restaurants easy. House was beautiful and well stocked.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants. Backyard was a bit tore up from the storm the previous day but only took a minute to clean up. Pool heater was not turned on for 2 days and had to ask the pool guy who came to turn it on to clean the pool but he did it quickly and it was sparkling clean. Never got really warm but it was refreshing when it needed to be so all good. Beds were comfortable and really liked the guest bedroom on the first level.
