Comfortable, quiet, spacious home. Responsive host!

Host communication was easy. House and amenities were in great shape. Beds very comfy. Comfortable living areas easily accommodated all 8 of us. clean kitchen VERY well stocked. Lots of warm throw blankets for our January visit. Loved the double keurig with drip or packet option. Craft ice lots of fun!

Seraphina was a wonderful and incredibly communicative host. The house was absolutely perfect—comfortable, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity we could have needed and more. It truly captured the spirit of the Southwest and made our stay unforgettable.

The pool looked very nice. The whole house looked very charming and roomy actually. It is in a central location and has an older Tucson feel, which we really like. It's close to restaurants and shops, very convenient. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool or stay at the house due to an insect problem. The owner was very responsive and quickly gave us a refund for the days we were supposed to be there.

The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. We moved our youngest son to U of A, and the house was conveniently located to get to and from campus. Also there were lots of great places to eat nearby and plenty of hiking options within 10 minutes.

The yard is huge and well maintained. Lots of interesting plant life and bird life including a road runner that ran around each morning. The pool was refreshing and the patio had enough shade for all my sibs.The main sitting area was large and comfortable. My sibs enjoyed their stay very much. We enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants, the Parish being my favorite. The muscles are terrific. All in all a great house in a really nice neighborhood.

The house, yard and pool was perfect for our group. Would absolutely recommend this home! Seraphina is a great host. Super responsive and answered all my questions. The home had tons of sitting space and any amenity you would need. Tons of towels, toiletries, kitchen appliances, pool floaties, umbrellas, etc. provided. Not to mention Pet friendly area for your dogs! 10/10!

We came down for a family visit. This home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed! Definitely would recommend staying here.

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and was close to many eateries and shops. It was very well kept and clean. There was more than enough room for all eight of us. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the Oro Valley area.

Our stay was wonderful and very accommodating. Plenty of room for everyone and when we had to bring our dog last minute they were so welcoming to her. Love this house and we would stay here again!
