Private Pool - Fern Cottage by SeaBreeze Vacation

We had such a great time with our family at this property. It was 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance from restaurants and lots of fun things to do. The house itself was perfect! The showers had the best pressure that I've ever experienced and the heated pool was perfect! We loved our time at this home and think it would be a wonderful property for anyone to rent! From the amazing private heated pool to the fully stocked house and kitchen everything was perfect. Easy walk to beautiful beach and great restaurant's and stores that were walkable. It was our first time on Anna Maria Island and it will not be our last.

Perfect stay! The host even left a handwritten card and gift card for my daughter's 13th birthday. Easy check in, all the amenities you need, and an easy 2 block walk to the beach access point. We loved riding the bikes to go shopping and that they had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon to make our beach day comfortable. Highly recommend!

We just spent 5 wonderful nights at the Fern Cottage. The house was beautiful and close to the beach. The amenities and cleanliness of this rental was amazing. We will definitely return.

This house is in the prime location to the beach! Less than a five minute walk and you are on the beach! We loved that!!

Lovely house with three bedrooms. Short walk to the end of the street to get to the beach. Pool very private and heated. Kitchen was well equipped great communication from the host. Only downside might be for those that have trouble with stairs that you have to go up stairs to get into the house just FYI. Would definitely book again !

We loved this house! Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, beach towels were provided, and the beds were comfy. We loved how close we were to the beach and Bean Point. My husband and grandson loved fishing on the point. They caught lots of fish that were catch and release. The house was close to the village and just a short golf cart ride away. The owners and host were very helpful.

Beautiful house in the Bean Point area of Anna Maria (very quiet). Three minute walk to both Bean Point and bay side beaches. Wonderful.House has three well appointed bedrooms and a beautiful pool that is quite large for this area. Ample supplies are provided eliminating the need to immediately head to the store.Highly recommended for family vacation. We hope to return on a future visit.

I love how close this property is to the beach and Bean point. It was a nice surprise to have access to bikes to use as well. The back patio and pool were covered by shade so that was disappointing not to get to lay in the sun.

Everything about our trip was amazing. The home was easy to get to, it was clean, Gillian was easy to communicate with, the place was absolutely relaxing

We have been coming to AMI for years now and love the northern end of the island. This house was perfect for our family and had all the extra beach stuff you could ask for. Bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon, pool floats, coolers and more. Loved the bike option instead of having to rent them. We even biked to Coquina beach one day (14 miles round trip). The layout of the house is excellent and super nice. The cleanliness was excellent as well. We loved not having to find somewhere to park as walking distance to Bean Point is so close. Back porch/patio area was nice. Loved being able to sit outside in the shade while others were swimming.

Wonderful stay for our 6th time on the island. This was a new home to us this year and it did not disappoint. Plenty of supplies for the beach, beautiful back yard and pool area that got lots of sun. Looking forward to returning next year!

This is our second year staying at this property. We cannot say enough positive things about it. First, it is very clean and charming. It comes with ample amenities including bikes, beach chairs, ect... The backyard is truly a hidden oasis. The private pool is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Second, the property is ideally situated in a very quiet residential area; however, it is in very close proximity to Rod & Reel Pier and a very short walk/drive to the city pier and pine street stores. Finally, AMI itself it wonderful. We saw dolphins and/or manatees each day during out week-long stay. We even saw a sea turtle on the beach at night. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities (snorkeling, fishing, shelling), shopping (lots of very nice little shops), eating or just relaxing.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location is incredible, just a short walk to Bean Point. The home itself is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including beach carts, coolers, bikes, and sand toys. The landscaping and pool area are lovely, and everything was very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot!
