Private pool close to beach with cabana, grill, AC, patio, dog-friendly

clean and spacious. the home worked well for our needs. close to our wedding venue in a nice neighborhood. the pool area was nice but unfortunately we were too busy to enjoy it for a longer time. the only thing I had negative to say is that it was put as a 4 full bathroom and one 1/2 bath. There were only 3 full bathrooms with one 1/2 bath. It was like hide & seek as I looked for the fourth one. We were still happy with the home. It had everything we wanted.

We had a great stay here! The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for my family (all adults). The primary bedroom was spacious. The out door space was comfortable and the pool area was private and a great place to hang out. We only stayed 4 nights but would come back again. No complaints! Minor stuff - the pool was set at 75 degrees we could have called to have it warmer but we don’t go in that much. The down stairs tv didn’t seem to work maybe cable wasn’t connected? But there are 2 other TVs so not a big problem.Glad we found this place it worked out well for us.

Has everything you will need and more! Our family enjoyed our vacation. My only complaint is that the pool is very cold and what looks like a hot tub is NOT, its the same temp as the pool

The house was great, large enough for our family to spread out or all gather for meals. Well equipped with all the amenities you could ask for.

This house was wonderful. Great layout with plenty of room to hang out inside or outside. The patio/pool area is beautiful and completely private. Location is great - very close to the beach. The house was stocked with everything you need and more. The hosts were incredibly responsive and checking in and out was a breeze. Perfect spot for a vacation - will definitely be back!

The place was very nice. Had some struggle with figuring out the air system in the basement and spent a lot of the vacation trying to figure it out (we never did). The location was nice and the home was spacious and very pretty.

House was very clean and well appointed upon arrival. Over all main living area very nice and location on golf course nice. Unfortunately one bedroom was in a lower level or basement which was not how it looked in pictures. The basement was well appointed but had running dehumidifiers and a musty smell so we couldn’t use it and needed it. Heated pool was disappointing temp was not as advertised and we didn’t know that there was an option to make warmer ( for an extra charge) until we got into house. If you only need 3 bedrooms and not interested in pool in cooler weather the house is very nice.

They thought of all amenities that most houses don’t. Made the stay very enjoyable. Beautiful home and well furnished. Would definitely go back

This house was exactly how it’s described & pictured. We had an amazing time, and the pool was the highlight. A note to future renters the “hot tub” is the same temp as the pool. For an additional cost the owner will increase the temp & it was well worth it! The Owner Dan & Cameron the local Vacasa rep were absolutely fantastic & very responsive! We cannot wait to come back!

This was an amazing stay. Not only was the property immaculate, it was well stocked with all the amenities. Very thoughtful
