I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and this place was great. First time to Grayton Beach and we will definitely be coming back there! The place was roomy and it was wonderful having our own pool. We were very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend this place. Had some issues with the downstairs washing machine not draining properly so that needs to be addressed. Other than that it was a wonderful place. We hope to come back next year!

The pool does need a little TLC and the back porch could use a power wash, overall though the house was incredible and we would definitely stay again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Sugar Magnolia at Grayton beach in July 2024. We loved our vacation and Grayton beach. The home was very nice - it had excellent air conditioning, the rooms were quiet, and the location of the home was nice. You have to walk a few minutes on a sidestreet to get to the beach but it's not bad at all. The location is within a few minutes of Seaside and Watercolor so there is plenty to do if you want to shop and eat out. Of course the RED BAR was a highlight of the trip and is within walking distance from the home. We would recommend staying there for sure.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Beautiful house with everything we needed and very spacious. The teens loved the upstairs game room. When they weren’t on the beach, they were up there playing cards.

Reviewer Comments: Sugar Magnolia is the perfect blend of gorgeous, high-end decor and cozy comfortable living. It is clean and bright and feels like home. From the kitchen appliances to the amazing mattresses and bedding, this home has it all. We even had fun playing air hockey and looking at the pretty ocean view from the top balcony! Royal Destinations was always just a quick text away with a prompt and courteous reply if any questions came up. We miss it already!

Stayed Sep 12, 2023My family stayed here for my wedding week! It was so perfect, spacious enough, and the best location. We love grayton beach and my reception was at Monet Monet which is walking distance. Can’t wait to stay here again!
