This is a two story, newly remodeled townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It has a private pool in the backyard, plus it is along a canal and has parking space for a boat trailer. There is a boat slip but the owner keeps his boat there. You can, however, dock your boat to the deck, right next to the slip. A lifted deck has a great view overlooking the canal. It is also, just a short drive to the beach.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025Overall, our stay was wonderful. The only complaint that I have was the pool had a lot of algae and really couldn't be used. I contacted the host and they sent their pool person the next day and they shocked it, but it still wasn't clear. Yes, we had a day or two with storms, but nothing that should have prevented us from enjoying the pool.

Stayed Feb 12, 2025This is a beatiful home. Recently remodeled with great taste in furnishings and interior design. We loved the area. First time to Corpus Christi. Down there dure a lshort cold spell. Did not use the pool but a lovely private back yard. We would dfinatly be back except we purchased a home in McAllen, TX.Thanks for our time.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Enjoyed our stay at this private vacation rental. Our party consisted of 3 couples and we felt the rental was spacious and having a private pool for the weekend was wonderful. The owner was quick to respond and was extremely helpful. Fair amount of stairs so definitely something to consider if you have mobility issues. Great overall value!
