What a fantastic VRBO stay! The host was responsive and helpful. The kitchen was so well stocked. The beds and bathrooms were perfect. The gathering spaces were great! The location was great, what more could we want? We'll be back!

Wonderful place when we wanted a comfortable place for our large family to stay to attend our eldest daughter’s wedding on John’s Island! The home was immaculately clean, well stocked, and perfectly located. Multiple bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. I was even able to finish assembling the wedding cake in the beautiful and spacious kitchen. Tom, the host, was very accommodating and helpful. The only downside was that it rained our entire trip so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool. Would definitely book again!

The house was really amazing. We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions. The only issue we had was that the different security guards seemed to have trouble keeping track of VRBO guests (not just us). So we were stopped and questioned a few times even with our access pass clearly displayed. Other than that, no problems. It was a great vacation and would highly recommend. The beach was amazing!

The house was beautiful and well appointed! Very convenient Kiawah location. Loved the back porch pool and all of the areas to socialize. Especially loved the big kitchen! We will hopefully return.

kitchen was very well set up! We enjoyed eating breakfast there are most mornings. Tom Maguire the host was especially easy to communicate with. All in all we had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on Kiawah island. The pool was fantastic. The kitchen was a chef’s dream. We had a wonderful time here with our adult children and their partners. Plenty of room for everyone.

This was the perfect property for our family mini vacation! The home was lovely - exactly like the pictures show. Everything was provided from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The home is spacious - we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool area was private and perfect for an afternoon swim. The location is great for biking or walking - there are trails around the entire area and the beach is only a quick ride from the house. All questions were answered promptly by the owners. We loved it!

I cannot recommend Tom’s place on Kiawah Island enough! We had a wonderful week with our two toddlers and 9 month old swimming (we paid to heat the pool- also recommend!), walking, trips to Night Heron playground and nature center, walking the beach/collecting shells, and walking around the shops at Freshfield. The location was perfect for all of the above activities. Everything was walkable or required a short drive. Each day, the kids were worn out and napped/slept great! We plan to book again soon!

Although Hurricane Debby cut our trip very short, our group loved the house and all Tom did to partner with us pre and post trip. We look forward to booking with him again at one of his beautiful homes. Highly recommend!

Awesome space for a larger group, plenty of space and privacy. Beautiful pool and convenient to beach. Quite clean. However, several things in listing weren’t accurate — working waterfall, access to car garage, mosquito misters. And be prepared for notes with instructions all over the house, with follow up texts / calls from owner.
