Great house and location

This home is a lovely, classic beach house that has amazing views from the decks on every level. The home has everything you need for a great stay, including a well stocked kitchen and TV's in every bedroom. We had plenty of room for both of our families to share the home comfortably. We enjoyed eating crabs one night on the lower level porch - there are two tables and enough seating for 8 people! Outdoor storage for our beach stuff was a wonderful plus, and we really enjoyed having the multiple assigned parking spaces. We had a wonderful week.

Overall the Seasplash provides a great location, convenience at each level to enjoy the ocean. Layout of the main floor and bedrooms were very accommodating for 6 of us. TVs and Wifi were great for watching the olympics and getting some work done as well. The residence just needs some TLC within the bathrooms, outside stairs and deck, and pest control and that would significantly bring it up to date with other locations within the area.

House was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Beautiful view of ocean from balconies. Chairs, tables gliders etc. on balconies were awesome.

Location was great! Kitchen was nicely stocked and the appliances all worked! We loved all the deck areas and the beach items made available.

New carpet throughout and laminate floor added in living room were a pleasant surprise compared to the photos. House was clean and well-stocked. Bathrooms are small and dated but didn’t bother us, and living room furniture isn’t very comfortable but luckily we spent most of our time outside. Check-in process is a pain but check-out was much easier. We really appreciated that linens and other necessities were provided. Great stay overall - would rent again.

We had a great stay. The house is so beautiful and clean. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Definitely recommend this property.

This is a great condo, we really enjoyed it! Loved being right on the beach and we didn't miss the boardwalk at all. It's not that far to get to it, and there are plenty of things in the area of the condo as well. One negative was the lack of consumables that we expected to be there, such as toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Vacasa knew there were ten of us staying for a full week, but only provided three and a half rolls of toilet paper, three dishwasher tabs, etc. It's obvious if you try to communicate with anyone that it's owned by a large company rather than an individual - hard to get to a person who is willing to help. Thankfully we had few issues and overall had a great stay!

Big rooms, 3 decks ocean side, super for watching fireworks. Only downside was lots of steep stairs.
