You'll love this six bedroom oceanfront home located in prestigious Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Boasting several large windows facing the oceanfront, this home provides oceanfront views from nearly every room!

As you enter, you are first welcomed by a large foyer with travertine floors and a large wet bar which nearly doubles as a second kitchen. Just off this area is a small seating area where you can relax with drinks or tapas. Beyond this area is a second living area witha mounted HDTV that would be great for a kids entertaining area.

Down the hallway, you will find three of the five guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination. The next guest bedroom has a king bed, sliding door access to the back porch and pool, its own en-suite bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination and an HDTV. At the end of the hall is the second primary suite. This large bedroom features a King bed, HDTV, sliding door access to the back patio and barbecuing area and, of course, a large en-suite bathroom. This bathroom consists of a large walk-in tiled shower, separate sunken tub and his and hers vanities. Going up just a few steps are two more guest bedrooms, one with two twin beds which can be set up as a king bed upon request. The second bedroom on this level has king over king bunk bed. Both of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms as well. Upstairs you'll find the main kitchen, living and dining areas along with the expansive primary suite.

The formal dining area seats six and allows for beautiful ocean views while enjoying a family meal. A two-sided fireplace separates the dining area from the living room with its massive windows giving you panoramic ocean views from every seat! The gourmet kitchen features beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast nook with seating for an additional six guests. Down the hall you'll find the expansive primary suite with its king bed, HDTV, enormous walk-in closet space and private balcony with a large dining and seating areas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The en-suite primary bathroom completes this main floor with a large tiled walk-in shower, separate sunken tub and his and hers vanities.

Outside you'll have your very own private pool and spa complex. With its custom tiled pool deck you are treated to several suntanning, lounging and dining options - more than enough for the entire family! The ocean path beside the house takes you out the beach in ten seconds or less! The spa and pool can be heated (June 1 - October 1) for an additional fee.

    Property was beautiful, but we needed to move a couch to get a toy and it was disgusting: chocolate, twizzlers, dog toys, and what appeared like feces of some sort.

    GORGEOUS property. And perfect location, steps from a really lovely beach, and a short bike ride to tennis, pickle, food, etc. Great house, nice layout, perfect. We will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great right up until the last 45 minutes. Window cleaners showed up and were cleaning while people were trying to shower. They could see in. They were in the house while we were packing, and the front porch was pouring water down the windows while we were leaving. It was really a bad way to end a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and the whole resort was beautiful. We loved riding our bikes to the tennis court and on the beach. The house was perfect for our group. There are some minor repairs that the house needs in the downstair bedroom, the blinds on the windows are disconnected and the tub panels are loose and there are stains on the carpet and the freezer would not open so well.

We had 12 golfer and had clubs everywhere and travel bags everywhere. I would recommend to the owner to permit at least one garage use aged so golf clubs could be stored. Better for the guest and the owner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. It is beautiful, plenty of space, and great location. Two disappointments: 1. Spa not heated when we arrived although prepaid; took me several calls and a day to get it done;2. The garage and hence the elevator were not available, despite the very high rental price. I know this is the owners prerogative, but having owned a comparable house at Sea Island, GA, I think renters should have access to all major house features. Palmetto Dunes is a great location; central, excellent facilities, beautiful, excellent grocery stores nearby. No complaints. We enjoyed being near the Dunes House restaurant/bar, pickle ball courts, general store.
