Private Ocean View Villa in Punta Diamante

Spacious house with private pool in Acapulco's most exclusive residential area, Real Diamante. Situated high at Punta Diamante mountain, enjoy great panoramic open ocean, beach and mountain views in a peaceful scenario. Though secluded and calm, surrounded by nature and with strict security access, Revolcadero beach is only 500m away from the property (free transportation included).
Equipped with 15 beds, this house is a great choice to comfortably sleep 20 people.
6/7 bedrooms have balconies and ocean views. All equipped with their own independent bathroom/shower and air conditioning. Completely integrated social area - kitchen, two dinning tables, living room and pool area all located at entrance level. Three bedrooms at the top level with ocean view, three bedrooms below the social area (one without any view) and a completely independent suite with kitchenette at one side of the house.
The basement of the house is used as a second social area for playing music or watching movies and sport events on a 100 projector screen. This area also has access to a garden and a second small private pool.
Entire property has WIFI internet access from all spots, satellite TV service (4 displays), full size semi portable audio equipment for main social and pool area.

Kitchen is well equipped with cutlery and dishes for 20, oven, microwave, coffee maker and two full size fridges.

Bed sheets and towels are provided for all rooms in accordance to the room's capacity (1 per person), as well as soap and toilet paper at each bathroom. Extra towels for pool are are supplied, please bring beach towels since these are intended to stay at the property.

No smoking allowed inside the bedrooms, only in the main social area as long as the AC is Off and pool access doors are open for proper ventilation.

Although the house has no direct neighbors, prolongued excessive noise could draw the attention of other residents.

House capacity should not be exceded.

The property is not suitable for kids running around the pool area and stairs.

Well educated pets are welcome.
