Outdoor Living & Private Pool



Private backyard pool (open May 15 – October 15)

Our spacious saltwater pool is estimated around 18 feet wide and 30 feet long, with a gradual depth ranging from about 2 feet on the shallow end to 5.5 feet at its deepest point—great for both lounging and swimming. (POOL PHOTOS COMING SOON)

The pool uses a saltwater system rather than traditional chlorine, which many guests find to be gentler on the skin, eyes, and hair while still maintaining a clean and refreshing swim experience.



Large outdoor setup including:

• 12-piece upholstered seating set

• Dining table for 10

• Bar seating for 4

• 4–5 chaise lounges

• Grill for cookouts

• Backyard misting system for mosquito control

We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

Full Bathroom Kit:

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap

- Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter

- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)

- Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth)

- A washer and dryer are available for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay
