The house was huge, clean, and had everything we could ask for!

I dropped a star for a couple of reasons. While communication was pretty responsive, I had requested several times for information regarding bedroom and bathroom arrangements. A floor plan would have been great. I kept being told that someone would get back to me and that never happened. It felt like they had our funds so answering my request was not important. Secondly, this is our fourth time renting a house in Champions Gate and our previous experience has been exceptional regarding various items the house provides. This house was lacking in a number of areas. The details claim the house sleeps twenty, however, they only provided five pool towels. There were two towels per bedroom ( 8 bedrooms - 16 total bath towels) so my wife said the two towels in our bedroom were hers as she needed a towel for drying her hair. I dried myself with the hand towel! All previous homes we rented in CG provided four or more towels per bedroom.We were cooking for a large family Thanksgiving gathering and brought a great deal of cooking items just in case. We did not think we would have to bring measuring spoons or measuring cups as previous homes in Champions Gate provided them. Stay with the kitchen supplies, how does a home that sleeps 20 only have three wine glasses. I understand that stem glasses get broken easily so you might have a couple missing. Three wine glasses for a house that sleeps 20?Purchase plastic stem wear if the breakage is an issue. Slider needs fixing.

I booked this property to celebrate my children’s birthdays, as both are in August. The house is spacious and just as described. There was no experience with the house being filthy or bugs. The neighborhood was quiet the entire stay. We could not figure out the theater system, so it would be nice if they could provide instruction on usage. The video game in the game room worked, but could not get the chosen games to actually play. We did not contact the owner about either because we had our fire sticks and own gaming system. Also did not mess with either long enough to see how it operates.The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The host was very good with communication when I did need to contact them and even when I did not. We will return to this property during our next visit to Florida, if available.

Excellent stay. House was very nice and owners communicated regularly. Really enjoyed our stay.

We really had a great time. The accommodations were great. Only reason the 4 star was the floors were filthy and the baby was crawling on them. We had white socks on and they ended up filthy. Otherwise it was a nice house pleanty of dishes and plates. Pool was nice too. I would recommend with the hope they wash the floors. Also we stayed 10 days and not a single bug the whole time. This is super important to me. Thank you

I loved that it was child friendly, I have two autistic little ones that find new places challenging, this time was different. They settled in quickly and their enjoyment made our whole vacation perfect. Very clean and the owners were amazing with questions and concerns.

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and space to hang out together. We all enjoyed the pool snd hot tub. With the toddlers we had, we also appreciated the fence around the pool. The older kids lived the bunk beds in the themed rooms. The included water parks in the comminuty were fun for the kids. We had no issues while on property, but the host was always very responsive. We enjoyed out stay and would choose this home again.

Perfect walking distance to the main club

There were three families with a range of ages for our children. Our stay was fabulous. They children had a blast in the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. This was a great spot to stay for a cheer competition/Disney retreat. We were close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this house, clean. The pool at the house was perfect; a bonus with the 2 community pools as well. The host was great to work with and very punctual with responding to me.

This property was exactly what I expected everything was clean and in order. We didn’t have to reach out to the host for nothing major, my family want to book a stay here again, highly recommend

This house was perfect for our football tournament and the host was always available when I had to contact him.

The place was very clean the host was very accessible, the only thing was the movie theater couldn’t get the movies playing didn’t know if the remote worked properly but otherwise the property was great

Home is pretty well maintained and spacious. Great location for our family vacation and fairly close to all the Disney attractions in the area. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 9 adults and 3 children. There were some minor issues but communication with our host was very responsive and helpful. The only real problem was the washer which is out dated and definitely needs to be replaced. This matter was brought to the attention of the host and they will be addressing the problem. Overall we had a great stay.

Checkin/out very smooth. Communication with Host was excellent, quick reply. Love this House the space was perfect for our family. Very quite. And relaxing. Plenty to keep everyone busy and satisfied.

It started out a little rocky but everyone came through for us. I was very happy!!!

We had a wonderful time the only thing was that the jacuzzi wasnt working but other than that we all had a great time. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us..i would definitely stay here again
