A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.

    We were so excited to return to Breckenridge. We did have some trouble with check-in. I was very disappointed to learn that we had two choices on the damage protection- we could pay 89 for insurance or we could allow the property management company 3000 to our credit card that they may or may not return!! Since we had already spent hours choosing this property, we paid the 89. Check-in process was very laborious- the AI process would not work on my phone. I'm pretty tech savvy and the system was not working properly. In addition, every other time I've used a service like VRBO, I've received check-in information a couple of days before arrival. This company refused to send any check-in information until the day of check-in. It was very unnerving. We got to the location and the home was nice, as pictured, and in a good location, a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from Breck. When we tried to use the grill, the inside was full of grease, which we couldn't see until we saw FLAMES coming from the bottom of the grill. We quickly removed our food and had to finish cooking in the kitchen, which had no large skillets, so we had to cook everything in two mini-skillets. When I informed the co., they said they'd have it cleaned for the next guest. After that, the heat went out! We spent the 4 remaining nights without heat. No offer of a discount, no more communication.Several things were broken- I saw later the house is for sale and upkeep was sparse.

    Place was excellent, one of the neighbors almost ran us off the road but that's not the property owners fault.
