BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 7 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    What a wonderful week spent at a beautiful home, Laguna Sunrise. We had ample space and were delighted to find the kitchen having more things like mixing bowls than mentioned in info. Beach and lagoon access without having to cross traffic. Couldn't be happier with our time in Gulf Shores.

    The place was nice and the community was quiet and away from big crowds which is what we like. My only real complaints is that the house did not come with a grill and we had to run to Walmart to buy one and also the master mattress felt more like a college dorm mattress.- it could really use updating or even just a topper bc right now you feel the springs. Other than that the house it self was lovely and management was quick to respond when we had issue with upstairs thermostat.

    My wife and I as grandparents try to have a vacation every other year with our kids, their spouses and the grandchildren. This house was great. Enough room for everyone to sleep, close to the beach and right next to the pool. Our grandchildren range from 18 months to 19 years old so there was a mixture of children and the house and location was great!

    We loved this house. It has a beautiful view and is a short walk to the beach. It's peaceful and very relaxing. The house has a lot of rooms and bathrooms and is decorated beautifully. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

    The house was absolutely beautiful, immaculate clean. We enjoyed the location of the home being away from the hustle and bustle of condos and restaurant crowds on a secluded section of the beach. Definitely one of my favorite beach rentals!

    I recently had the privilege of staying in a stunning new beach home, nestled right next to the lagoon shoreline, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. Being a lover of the outdoors, the proximity to the beach was a dream come true. There are breathtaking views of the lagoon were a sight to behold every evening sunset. The house itself is a masterpiece of modern construction, boasting all the latest amenities you could wish for. From the state-of-the-art kitchen appliances to the sleek and comfortable furnishings, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious and relaxing environment. One of the standout features of this property was its closeness to the large community pool. A quick walk and I found myself enjoying a refreshing swim, surrounded by friendly neighbors.     We have been coming to Gulf Shores for years and have stayed in Laguna Key almost every time. This, however, was the first time staying at the new Laguna Sunrise house. This is a brand new house and we were the first or second family to stay there and man that was a real treat. The house is perfect for families and has the space for two or three families easily. Beds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The smart TVs in all of the rooms was a real cool feature as well. All you do is sign in to your streaming services and you are good to go. The views of the lagoon are right outside your window and the beach is almost literally across the street so you get the best of both worlds in this location. the pool is a few feet from the house so you have access to that whenever you want. All I have is positive things to say about this place. If you get the chance to stay there do it you won't regret it.
