Unwind into vacation mode in the stylish dual living areas, each outfitted with a sofa, two armchairs, a smart TV, and a gas fireplace. A desk with two monitors on the third floor adds convenience and functions as an office area. Cook culinary masterpieces in the fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and helpful gadgets. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for three. Gather for meals around the eight-person dining table.

Enjoy a beverage at the bistro table for two on the front patio. Take in the enchanting alpine scene from the spacious deck. Parties are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours of 10 p.m. -7 a.m. No outdoor activities after 10 p.m. Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.
Due to wildfire concerns, smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
