Private Lake House on Cayuga Lake in wine country near Taughannock Park

The balcony views were incredible. Waking up to the sounds of the lake each morning was wonderful. David was a great host to work with. 10/10 recommend this property.

We had to clean the stove top and the door of the oven. There was a tremendous amounts of spiders and webs on the deck and chairs. However, the house work out well for everyone who stayed. We enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area.

Beautiful house and beautiful location on the lake. The house is very large and well equipped with everything we needed. Owner was easy to work with. We had no issues. Highly recommend this house, especially if you have a large group of 8 to 10 people.

We invited our four adult children, spouses and granddaughter to spend a week at the lake house. They were able to work with excellent WiFi, often sitting on balconies overlooking the lake. Evenings we gathered together on the balcony, in the dining rooom to play games, and by the fire pit at the lake. We were only minutes from wineries and cider houses. The toddler loved the nearby Goat and Cheese farm. We were only 20-25 minutes from Ithaca for shopping and waterfalls. We highly recommend this Lake Home!

Beautiful, well kept home. Our whole family was so comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful location. Really helped make our trip memorable!

Absolute gem of a house! By far one of our best family vacation rentals, the pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of space with every amenity and kitchen supply you would ever need. We loved afternoons swimming off the dock and evenings on the deck.

Excellent vacation at this beautiful Cayuga lake home. It had a very nice view of the lake and was was supplied with everything we could possibly need. So many waterfalls and wineries to explore!

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, right on the lake. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Fishing off the dock was great. Kitchen has just about every cooking tool that you could need. Couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay for our daughters graduation.

Our family stayed here to explore the area and spend time together. The house was very comfortable and had great amenities. We enjoyed views, the kayaks/paddleboards, and the fire pit. Very comfortable stay!

The house was in a good location for us. We were able to get to the City of Ithaca, Ithaca College and Cornell within 30 minutes. We didn't have sit on the pier weather but could see how beautiful it will be later.

My family loved staying at this house. All the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed and plenty of towels/cleaning supplies for the stay. Our favorite part was the location on the lake. The house has a dock, several kayaks for use, and a fire pit. We spent time out outside every day we stayed there. The view of the lake is beautiful all times of the day from the house. The only issue with this house is the spiders and bugs. With the house being right on the lake in the forest, the outdoor deck is filled with spiders, webs, and other bugs. They also eventually get inside so you have to be careful. Overall, this was a perfect house to stay in for a family trip.

Great house and great location for an extended weekend Finger Lakes trip. We enjoyed visits to a winery, a cidery, gorges, waterfalls, and dinner in Geneva and Ithaca. And even in mid-September the weather was nice enough for a refreshing dip in the lake. Dave was very friendly and helpful and the house new and clean with a great layout.

The property was perfect for our family of 10. Everyone had their own space but perfect areas for all to gather. The weather was dicey in the beginning of the week but there is plenty to do in the area. Hiking, boating and wineries kept us busy. The end of the week we had perfect dock and fire pit time. We definitely want to come back!!

This is our 2nd straight summer staying for a week at this beautiful lakehouse. It’s such a great house. The owners have made some nice upgrades from last year including rock steps that now go the lake, And improvements to the hot tub. We had a lovely time, and hope to keep coming yearly.

We all had such a wonderful time in the gorgeous finger lakes at this beautiful house. The kids especially enjoyed the water and dock and the other amenities. Thanks to Dave everything went smoothly.
