Stayed May 16, 2025The property is amazing. The house is perfect for a family with a few kids, and would work well for three couples as well. Very quiet neighborhood away from busy roads but has an easy walking path down the hill to the hub of Ali'i drive.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025We loved staying here! Exactly as described in the listing. The Pool, volleyball court and other amenities were great. Awesome location close to Kailua town. The neighborhood gate to Ali'i drive made it easy to go for a morning walk/run. When we travel to Kona again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024This home was excellent and super comfortable. It was everything it was described to be and more. And when we needed assistance, communication was easy and efficient. We would completely recommend it for anyone.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024My family stayed here for one week in mid-August and we loved it! The home is exactly as pictured online and the backyard and pool were spectacular. Our 5 year old daughter picking mangos for breakfast and swimming in the pool. The place especially shines at sunrise and sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy 5 minute drive to downtown. We can't wait to stay there again!

Stayed Jun 9, 2024Lovely home and yard/pool. The house was in a wonderful neighborhood and had everything we need for a weeks stay. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to hang out. Not a far drive from Kona downtown area.

Stayed Feb 19, 2024We had a wonderful time at the house! It was a perfect space to come home to after a day in the sun. Sunsets from the backyard, swimming in your private pool and spreading out (unlike a hotel). The kitchen was stocked with tools, appliances, dishes, pans and pots (even an instant pot!) more than most rentals I’ve stayed at. While we’ve typically spent time up in Waikoloa it was fun to explore Kona and the southern side of the coast. We will come back again.
